They called my cell phone.

I am currently out of the country,  they have called my parents advising they were with Tiburon and would give no other information.  They have also somehow called my in-laws in Brazil...

just got a text - any idea what the hell it is?

They are a financial company...just tell them you dont know the person and tell them to take you off...it worked for us

called my cell...the message left told me to call them (Tiberon Collections or something like it).  I called and got a message saying all their people were on the phone and I was supposed to leave my account number (which I don't have one with them) and my name and number to be contacted.  I just hung up.

called my cell phone, left message to call.  When I returned the call found out they were trying to track down my son.

I found that this is a collection company who collects for various entities [banks and other financial institutions].  The collection companies name is "Tiberon Financial."  One of their clients is Wells Fargo & Wells Fargo Financial.  I hope this helps clarify any questions.  When I returned the call to see who they were, the staff person was rather curt with his tone.  Not good PR.  Good luck if you have to deal with these people.

This is a collection company called Tiburon Financial, LLC, their address is 218A S 108th Avenue, Omaha NE 68154-2631.  (401) 342-4543 or (888)339-6750.   Two of their clients are Wells Fargo and Wells Fargo Financial.Another PO Box Address for this company:  PO Box 1022, Wixom MI 48393-1022 and PO Box 770 Boystown NE 68010-0770.  I find that they do not take notes properly and customer service people in the same office do not share information, therfore, you are on your own.  Record their calls or take detailed notes if you have to.

I am getting calls at work from them and they are very rude.  Implying that I am lying about my financial situation.  Very bad PR.  They called my lawyer and were rude to him as well.  This practice will get them nowhere if they want payments.

just write a letter and tell them to not call anymore just write a letter

also i did fax them the same thing or u can charge them with harassment which has a 25,000 dollar fine

oh by the way the collection companies actually buy the debt for about 2 percent for south dakota anyway

They are calling everyone they can find with my last name. How rude! My whole family is pissed off! I will be sending them a cease and desist today.

This company called my cell phone & home numbers with a Reference # and message from Mr. Brad Johnson.  I called them back and was told I owe a large amount of money to Wells Fargo Bank.  That's pretty funny, I have never had an account with that bank.  Guess if they keep it up, I will see them in court

Had my attorney call this mr. gonzales and they would not accept her call.This tiberon collection agency is the worst in PR. They are not going to get very far with collections, when most just want to hang up the phone due to thier rudeness.

I think these guys are frauds.  I got a call asking for someone with my name in Lexington Kentucky.  I explained that I had never lived in Lexington Kentucky and that I was in fact a CA resident and that I felt they had the wrong person.  He accused me of lying and wished me luck.  HHe said they had a "sophisticated caller ID system" and that he could see I was in Lexington.  Um...sophisticcated?  Lexington is 859 you idiots, I'm in 805.

I recommend anyone who gets a call from these folks to be suspicious.  I think they may be trying to defraud people or steal identity information.

Actually, they are a legit collection agency. They only employ the same tactics that any other collection agency does. It's called skiptracing....

holly hudson calling.  who cares.  from where?  sorry i don't call these types of messages back.  glad i looked on here to find out the type of vulture i am dealing with.

GRC is the company numeous address and phone #'s  typical of these type of companies..  they try and intimade and harass you.. wish i knew a way to fight back .. there a collection agency.. Everyone that works there is extremely rude.. I also heard that if you give them information you have a good chance of getting your identity stolen..

works for the studidest client ever.  well fargo does not have the sense to pound sand in a rat hole. they don't keep to their agreements.  guess why financials in trouble are stupid morons like this.
