Called sayin somebody using their ssn the person they ask for I do not know.And do not live their they ask me to call back so they can resolve this matter between them I called 716-931-2250 the number he left on message but no answer. If someone stole my ssn I will be calling the police and not the person Who is that stupid so Leonard Dampam Stop before the FBI be looking for you. because the number he called from is different then the number he left on the message. That is a cricket phone and in the New York area.

This "company" has called my parents house and my sisters house can hardly understand the persons name, or what they are calling for except that they have my ssn and have tried to serve me court papers and will persue criminal action on fraud, but gave me an incorrect "docket" number. When i call back no one answers and its a computer generated name of the company epstiend and rossen, no extentions are assigned to anyone.

This lady nikki evans called and got the fax to my office and human resources office asking them via fax for my job verification,salary,signature and if i have any wage garnishments. So after my coworkers showed me this fax i called the 1888-344-4265 back and its an automated machine that sends you right to voicemail, website has no address other than they are located somewhere in fla. Sounds like a scam to me.

this definitely wasn't a scam after i spoke to some gentleman by the name of "Vincent Black" he told me that they were a legit company and that my debt would be paid off, i gave him my information and i received a letter in the mail stating that my debt was paid in full.... i checked with client in which he stated they were collecting for (NCA) and the lady that answered the phone assured me that my debt was indeed satisfied through this company!

I received a wage garnishment from a company Epstein and rothman, are they legal? I tried looking up their website and it said account suspended. My boss was going to send it in but we are in the state of washington and they havent sent me anything in the mail about what I owe. Can someone give me an answer to this please

This firm is a total scam... and fake. Payday loan people probably sold your information to them. I would not recommend dealing with them. If you do, tell them that you want no more calls at work and say that you will report them to your States Attorney General's office. I am in Texas, received the same thing at work. HR department laughed... no wage garnishment can be allowed without a court order. They will do anything to try to get your attention to pay whatever they are claiming you owe. DONT FALL FOR IT. THEY ARE CROOKS.

They sent a message to my place of employment trying to embarrase me, but they did not.  I do not want to hear from them again at my place of employment.  I tried to contact them, but only received a voice message.  I left my number, but did not hear back from them,.  Please help!

I received a voicemail from 'em the other day.  Like some others here have noted, it was hard to understand and mentioned claims against a SSN- but the message I got was for another person's name- maybe a former owner of my number?  Thought about calling them back at first to let them know they had the wrong number, but as I thought about it a bit more, the tone, threatening vibe, and the nature of the contact [leaving a message on a cell?  Why not send a certified letter if it's actually as serious as they make it sound?] all say scam-o-rama to me.

Left a message to call back this 888-344-4265 ext 517 and had a case number of 75009. Said his name was Michael Wescott with Epstein and Rothman firm. Not sure if this is a scam or not.

I have obtained the Services of an Attorney and also reported this company to The State of Colorado Attorney General's Office.  Does anyone know their physical address to we can send papers to them to sue them for unlawful collection practices.

I also have been receiving calls as attorneys office for a formal complaint but never received any leagal documentation of this matter!  I did do an online loan at one time!  Now somebody has been access my personal info thru the web and phone!!  SCAM SCAM SCAM
