Believe it is IQOR Canada, lots of bad info about their harassing calls, simply "google" the company name.

Indeed.  If receiving calls from 1-888-377-1513, it means iQor has a file in collection (likely for Rogers and/or Fido) with that phone number.  If you believe you do not have a file in collection, just call and ask that they remove your number from the file in question.

If you do have a file in collection, iQor is entitled to call you once per day as long as they have the file.  If you contest the charges, call and tell them so!  If not, you can always cease&desist by telling iQor to stop calling you, clearly, in which case we are bound by law to stop for a minimum of three months.  But it does not erase the file.

I got a call from 1-888-377-1513 but turns out they were looking for someone with the same name as myself. How did they get my #!? I find this worrying that I may be linked to someone else's bad behaviour!! They really should have explained to me why they were calling. I had to do an internet search and now I'm not reassured.

I received a voice msg from this number and googled and landed into this discussion. The guy don't even left a clue why they called for. They told my last name correct, but the first name didn't sounded right. When I called them back to check, I was on hold with an annoying music for an hour (literally 59 mins) after which I lost my patience and hung up. I am not sure why they called me up. All my dues with Rogers and Fido are paid up to date. May be because my wife is carrying the mobile overseas and she used it there...not sure...wait to hear back...there's no point calling them and staying on hold for ever...aweful service

I received a message for the person with the same as my last name but first name is for somebody unknown. On my question how they get my phone number I got rude answer. My phone number is registered with the 'donotcall'. I will send a complaint.

I called back to ask for why they called me and was told: there is a person with the same as my last name but first name, also incorrect address and DOB. I told them do not call my number again because it is on "do not call list", also I told the lady that there are hundreds complain messages about this company and the number "1888-377-1513", please do not call a me again. the lady said "OK, have a nice day" then hung up. there must be some secrets behind !!

i just recently started getting calls from them for an old rogers rocket stick that i got stuck with and refuse to pay, i simply block their number on my phone so it just wont ring through for them, but i can still see if they tried to call, and today i checked and i had 14 attempted calls from 377-1513  to my phone and the last one was 1 am! lol

They called me 12 times a day. I answered a couple to tell them to shove off, the call connected then they hung up. Finally called the number back and got hung up on after connection. Then got a live person and they gave me the whole oops thing and said they had the wrong address and date of birth. Said they would remove me from the system. Not sure if it's a kosher business or not but we'll see, they sure handle their business in a shady manner though.

just a while ago, i got a call from them on my mobile but i didnt answer. then i called them from a home line and ask what company is that number. the woman answered in an arrogant tone asking if i got a call just now. i didnt answer her and asked again where this number is. then she raised her voice asking what my phone number is! i said "hello, i just want to know what company this number is from?" and she arrogantly answered "hello, this is iqor canada and i cant help u!" and she hang up!! that's why i went in to the computer to check and glad i found you guys!! now i'm not answering that call again!! nwe, i know my payables and are on time paying them!! ;D

I moved my cell phone to another provider after Rogers service was sooooo bad. There is a balance due that won't be paid. They want their money. Much happier elsewhere. Good luck getting paid Iqor. :)

got 3-5 calls per day from them- and when picking up the call got nothing but dead air...called them back and find they are a collection agency - i have no debts but they had my number on their "robo-call" system based on a correct last name, but incorrect first name.

C'est une agence de recouvrement. J'ai recu le même type d'appel aujourd'hui et hier alors j'ai rappelé leur numéro.

Le problème venait de l'ancien propriétaire de mon numéro de téléphone de domicile que j'ai pris possession il y a environ 6 mois. Ils se sont excusé et enlevé le dit numéro de leur liste.
