Why would a roofing company be calling me?

The person was looking for a prior owner of the number and the caller said his name was Sam Shalah.

Somebody Named Ms. Martinez says she's calling about a personal business matter.

I got a call from premier credit also. Are they for real or is it some kind of scam

I got called from this number at work..voice mail stated wanting to verify SS# for Employment. Only 2 people work in the office. I believe it's a scam called back and got disconnected immediately.

Calling numerous times.  These people are calling friends and family asking about me.  They some times speak english but most of the time it is clear that English is not their language.  When called back by friend they said that they were premier credit and wanted phone number.

They called asking for my sisters contact info. Wouldn't give any of their info other than his name was mr Chavez.  When I asked what is was concerning, telling him that I'm not giving info out, he was very rude. I assume a debt collector or shady salesman.
