Keeps calling.......and calling.

Got a call from this number, didn't answer but called them back.  All I got was "You have reached The Business Office" and then nothing. Don't have a clue who this is, probably some kind of collector or telemarketer and it doesn't do any good to be on the DO NOT CALL LIST.

Called them back and found out this is Centegra Business Office. Centegra is a hospital in NW Illinois.

This is the billing office from Centegra Hospital in Mchenry IL..  I owe them about $200 for tests I had done there.  I made arrangements to send them a payment every month, which I have done.  They continue to call me all the time.  It  is so agrevating that I actually cancelled surgery I was supposed to have done there and found another doctor on staff at another hospital!

Yes - it's Centegra. I also made payment arrangements and they keep calling and calling. I think we should reprot them to better business bureau. This is harassment.

Called here at 10:06 A.M. today under the name "Toll Free Call."

Same here...3:29 P.M. CT yesterday (10/22/2013). I can't even remember the last time anyone in my family last went to Centegra.

Called at 11:57 this morning.  Caller ID said "Toll free number," so I didn't answer.  Found out here that the caller is Centegra, owner of two local hospitals.  I neither know nor care why they are calling, because I don't answer any unidentified or mis-identified calls, period.  If they want their calls answered, they need to fix that.

This number 888-400-5722 is Cindy Centegra. It is an automated caller attempting to collect on a bill for Centegra Hospital in McHenry, IL. We have a bill with them, we make monthly payments for it. I get 3-4 calls a day. I am fighting stage 3 breast cancer. 4 1/2 months of Chemo, 5 weeks of daily radiation which I am undergoing now. My nurse said she would have these harassing calls stopped, but that was a week ago, and we are still receiving these calls. On our home phone, and my cell phone. It is difficult to concentrate to begin with, but when you're at work and you are getting these distracting calls that hang up on you as soon as you answer, it's enough to put your mind in a tail spin.

Apparently, once you start payments, there is no way for them to stop their automated phone calls. If the cancer doesn't kill me, the harassment will.

I too am on a payment plan and since they changed their computer system at the hospital, they now seem to have found a lot of bills that date to 2011.....my plan is already up to 2012. Am I supposed to think that these were overlooked? It sounds to me like a lot of errors were made in transferring to the new system. No one seems to be able to figure this out, and I am searching thru all my old payments to try to reconstruct it and prove I don't owe them thousands more than I still do. I'm ready to stop paying and let it go to collection, but my husband doesn't want to ruin his credit. I pay them every month without fail for years. It makes me angry because I am not working, nor getting paid for all the time I will have to put in to prove their mistakes. I keep thinking, if I were a health insurance and they sent me a bill today from 2011 they would be told tough luck, you didn't bill us in the correct time period, so eat it. Why don't I get that same consideration?

This is Centegra and they don't like waiting for insurance payments.  Also have coding problems with appointments, work comp vs insurance.

I was hospitalized back in feb and they were calling on a bill.

Once you are on their list to call, they will continue to call you. They have no concept of updating their auto dial phone system. They should be sued for harassment!
