Someone from India or China, with a heavy asian accent, asking for my boss.

This is a Debt Collector, Credit Control LLC from St Louis Mo.
They called my mother, she is hospitalized. I told them she was at the hospital and this nasty debt collector was threatening us with arrest and jail if we dont pay $200 from an old bill from the cable company. I am planning to file a complaint with the Attorney General in Missouri.

Good for you!!  It is illegal to make a threat like arrest or jail (which will NOT happen - even if you did owe money).

If this clown calls again, demand WRITTEN proof of the '"problem"" that is MAILED to you.  They then have 5 days to comply.  Expect excuses and possibly more threats, but no documentation.

Got a call from this number but no message. I called back and asked them who they were and she said Credit Control LLC and wanted me to verify my identity. I would not and told her to send any issues through the mail to the address they have on file and told her to not call again.

Call came from a male with South Asian, possibly Indian, accent. Male asked to speak to a name that closely resembled my name, but not exactly, but I did not confirm my name. He quickly transferred the call to female, "Sonia" who thanked me for MY call, and she asked me "how can I help you today?" I replied, "I don't know, you called me." "Sonia" asked for my correct mailing address, Social Security number, said she has important business matter to discuss with me. She said they have my complete Social Security number, gave me the first number in the last 4 digits and expected me to complete the string of numbers. She also said they have my mailing address (incorrect). I asked her to identify who she was, what her business was, what she had to tell me. She said she was calling from "Credit Control." She refused to say more about the purpose of the call unless I gave my identifying information. I refused to disclose any information. I requested that they stop calling me. Sonia ended the call. I have marked the number as SPAM and will not answer future calls.

I was in a car accident which the person who hit me their insurance has accepted full liability and coverage. Now I have credit control callng and harrassing me. I sent them a cease and desist letter advising them I do NOT OWE Credit Collection a dime and this is pertaining to a car accident and the Hospital will be paid off in full by AllState.  I advised them to Never call or Contact me again and if they did I would file a complaint thru FDCPA, and sue them for harrassment.  It was nice and quiet until today, they called again. I have every call documented and now this will be added and I am filing a complaint with the FTC.

Some Indian guy telling me his name is John Smith and wants to talk to me about a important business matter, I told him when he can tell me his real name maybe I will talk to him, in the mean time I will be Pocahontas

A man who identified himself as Dan Bartley called. He was looking for someone, potentially a former or current employee. I tried to find out what he was calling about but he just said he, "Had information for her." When I tried to take a message, he said he couldn't give out his number. I sent him over to the payroll manager because he wouldn't take no for an answer.
