- Caller: Vacation Deals
- Lisa replies to BSewingLadyGot a fax at work with "vacation deals" I called to check it out. They said they are called C.T. Discounters out of Cinncinati, Ohio. They resell unused corporate travel pkgs.....still sounds fishy and I can't find anything about them on google!?!?
- JoannaCt discounters or any other company selling vacation certificates that require direct debit from your account. These are scams and should be reported to the FBI.
- Caller: C.T. Discounters

- JudiKeep getting faxes about "great deals" for travel. They are robo calling our fax machine almost daily! Thisis a government office and need to cease! The fax reads we need to call 855.595.3759 to be removed from call list!

- JenniferKeep receiving faxes with VACATION DEALS 1-888-413-8829 is this a scam? I called and asked for their website and he said you need a client ID. He explained that the company is CORPORATE TRAVEL DISCOUNTERS and can check reviews on Trip Adviser. I will be checking them out.......TBC

- LuckyLeftyYeah just called and the representatives were very rude. They also want you to purchase right away without telling you the name of hotels only saying its a list of 5 star properties and that you have to book in order for them to email you the list. Seems a bit too shady for me liking
- Maria in ILScam scam scam! Do not give them any information which also includes calling them. If you have any doubts about the legitimacy of these offers, call your bank and ask them. First off, faxes like this are illegal. Secondly, if this offer was legit a company name would be provided. Instead of calling these scammers back, report the faxes to the FCC. Bogus 'removal" number listed is 855-595-3759.

- Jackie| 2 repliesDo not buy into this. Look up TCI (Travel By Centennial), Romex Travel, Travel Center, Worldwide Travel, Trip-Pros on scam reports. They are all the same company. Ask your bank if you should do check by phone, see what they say. Please save yourself while you can!!!!!! They change their name about every three months once these feeds catch up to them. They are out of Houston, TX
- IT IS A SCAM replies to JackiePlease do not purchase this, it is a scam. They will send you an email that appears to be legit. In the email they will ask for more money to activate vouchers. I became suspicious, because I specifically asked the representative about other fees and he stated, when I book the trip. The email stated within 2 weeks or it would be voided. They record you authorizing them to debit your checking account, so your bank won't dispute the charge as fraud!!

- George| 8 repliesWell, I wish I had found this forum before I lost a grand to them. Total rip off, I purchased in Sept and just now am catching on to their BS. They give excuse after excuse why my dates wont work or my airport isn't a designated airport, then send you to a booking company that has no insight to your purchase. Basically, you are a referral to a booking company. Does anyone have any insight as to how to recover the funds that are obviously scammed? Also, I just called back as an interested person from another line and sure enough they are now going by First Select Travel... BEWARE...

Information Updated: Sat, 21 Feb 2015 20:16:44 UTC - Kim replies to George| 2 repliesI just lost 1100.00 to this company and my friend lost 700.00. I called and talked to a lot of different people yesterday and was give an email for the refund department at customer service and now the emails wont go through. Did you ever get any money back? This place is pathetic!
- Slim replies to KimPlease read Yoda1725's post.
IF you paid via credit/debit card, contact your card issuer, and tell them of the fraudulent activity.
If you sent the money via Western Union, Green Dot or other untraceable means, the money is gone.
If you have a good address for the company, contact your Attorney General
http://www.naag.org/ - Jeanita replies to Yoda1725I am a victim of these people. I got the info on how to dispute the payments. My question is, do people get their money back?
- Wendy replies to GeorgeThis is exactly what is happening to me right now. Do you have any idea how to retrieve the funds that were paid to them?
- Wendy replies to KimThe refund department will tell you that they have fulfilled their agreement to you and that you will need to talk to the booking company directly. The booking company will not respond to your emails. I have contacted my bank who is going to dispute the charge but I cannot get a refund unless they return the money to my bank and I do not see them doing that.
