They are a hacker enabling organization attempting to get endusers to install malware

Called my phone and caller ID said private number, when I answered it, then my phone started calling this number, ( 888-414-1748) They answered and said they were from windows microsoft security and my computer has been sending them alert messages from my ip address and that someone has hacked my computer. I asked them where are they located, they said, ( windows microsoft security ) I asked again, where are you located, they hesitated and said in California. I told them I will call you back and hung up. I checked the number and it is a telemarketer and they lied about being from windows microsoft security, they are from www.talk2technician.com and they are located in Canada.

"Randy" call my cell phone and said he was from Windows Security "..." (something, could not understand, east indian accent) and that they were receiving error messages from my personal computer.  I asked him a lot of questions told him I was convinced it was a scam and he kept telling me to trust him and they can help me.   I told him my work cell phone and personal computer are not connected in any way and he said yes they are and he knows everything about my personal computer.  I asked him for his company's main number, planning on calling later to see who these scammers are.  I called the next day and a different man with east indian accent answered and when I asked them what they do and where they are located he said they help windows users fix viruses and that they are in Mountain View, CA.  I asked him for a website and he hung up on me.
