888-415-5735 has called my phone 4 times today. I don't answer my phone if I don't know who it is calling. Never a message. Stop calling me then! I looked the number up and it belongs to Oasis Credit Services. I don't know who they are.

Calling about the mortgage on our home and refinancing. Home has been paid off for years.

Caller: May I speak to the home owner?
Me: Speaking
Caller: It has come to our attention that you own your home.
Me: Yes
Caller: Also, you wish to refinance your mortgage
Me: No
Caller: But I understand that you wish to lower your bill
Me: No
Caller: Ok then, good bye
Me: Good bye

Called me and she knew my name. Claimed she was with a law office. I played along until I learned the name of her company. I requested to be put on their DNC list and requested a written copy of their DNC policy. Then we argued about whether I am on the federal DNC list. She insisted I am not while I know I am. At that point I used bad language and caused her to hang up. Hopefully she remembers to put me on their own DNC list.
