Got a call today, no voice mail. caller ID said unavailable. Did not answer.

Recorded-but-garbled message from a debt collector.

Message from a Debt Collector. Could not understand what the female caller was saying. I think she said Jay Witherson (not really sure) from somewhere. I hung up after she said debt collector. The caller ID came up as TOLL FREE CALL, if this was legit the name of the company would come up instead. She also left a number to call to get taken off the list, don't call back. They will keep calling, probably scammers trying to get some information. Read somewhere on the internet that it was not a valid number, but a spoofed number. The caller knew my name, it was a recorded message. Windham Professionals might be  company, they collect outstanding educational debt.  Will be reporting them to the FTC because they are spoofing numbers on the caller id.

Got the same call as above - debt collector - caller ID read TOLL FREE CALL.  Left same message.  How do I report to FTC.  This is so bogus because once they start it takes forever to get them to stop.

I have attempted to have my number removed from this call list for a Matthew McVay. I have not been removed

This is Wyndam Professionals, calling regarding a student loan. Just google them and see what people say.
