I too received a phone call on my cell phone from this number and it was a recorded message.

Received a call today saying it was regarding a bank complaint and a fraudulant check.
Never wrote a fraudulant check in my life and my bank account is fine.  
It's some kind of scam to get you to call  I think.  Probably a debt collector.

I received some harrassment calls from CRG regarding about a loan in 2009 but i filled a BK in Nov 2010 he call 24 hours non stop I need him to stop.

I too received a call from Mrs. Wade yesterday.  I couldn't understand what company she said.  It sounded muffled.  She state the client wanted to persue me on this.  She said she was with the settlement dept and if I didn't contact her by 12n today, she would have papers served at my home & place of employment.  These are the usual bill collectors using scare tactics.  I have gotten several calls from this person threatening me.

I have gotten several calls from this "legal firm" that has been threatening to take me to court. As I know the laws of my state and the FDCPA I know for a fact that you can not get sued over a payday loan. These people called me first posing as a process server then gave me a number to call back or as they said I will be served with a law suit. This company is posing as a law firm and a process serving agency which they are not. I have found the actual name of this company as Chase Asset Recovery Inc. however they go by CAR & Assoc, CRG, Chase or legal services. This company is nothing but a collection agency that has no ability to sue anyone. DO NOT pay these people your money as they will take it and not truly clear your debt. I have called the New York state attorney generals office and have found the business and owner  Frank Corsi are under investigation for nefarious business tactics. Once again DO NOT pay these people they are nothing but criminals.

SCAM !Listen, heres the thing, NO ONE that is serving a civil suit summons (process server) is going to call you ahead of time to tell you they are coming.  NO law enforcement agency is going to call you ahead of time and tell you they are on the way.  That would be absolutely stupid.  Soooooo.  debt collector

I am an attorney pursuing CRG (Credit Recovery Group), learned very quicky thay the name I had to use for this lawsuit was PnL Agency L.L.C. the reason the owner uses 3 names and does not provide physical address is to prevent anyone from locating him for lawsuits or F.T.C. shutting them down. For everyone's info these are valid debts, the ammounts are very wrong, we learned that the owner applies any figure that he feels necessary to make him more money generally the figure we notice applied to many of these purchased debt os approximately $750.00-$850.00 keep in mind this is completely illegal. Recently I have posted some inappropriate things on this site and have been contacted with a cease and desist for harassment. My boyfriend talk me into posting an apology to let the people i hurt know that I am truly sorry for my actions. Drugs has been a burden on my life and I am trying to get a handle on it.
