Calls and wakes my answering machine, but no message

they keep calling me
if I answer, there's nothing there
:(

keeps calling me, if you call it it will beep at you and hang up

i got it, this is a collection agency that buys accounts from verizon wireless including old alltel accounts. They probably by accounts from more than just them though. I finally got them to answer the phone.

You should be able to bill people who miscall you.

this is annoying. anyway we can damage their equipment when they call; like a high pitch sound?

This number has calling me relentlessly for weeks with no message. Today I finally got a generic message about it being from Amber, a debt collector. I don't have debt, so this has to be some kind of mistake or scam. How can I get this number blocked?

The caller ID indicated, phone no. (614) 405-2090/ Lilly Kenneth but then if you answer, they give to call the (888) 424-0255. Ridiculous!

They called on May 9, 2013 at 3:07 P.M. and some twit was very clear as to what he/she/it wanted.

CBCS. 800-424-0255 comes up as :unknown:  This is a debt collection agency and the call rings back to them as you answer.  They verify social w/ the last 2 numbers ONLY.

Called many times and asks for someone who doesn't live here. Today I said they need to take the number off their list and the girl said I need to give them more information for them to restrict calling me and to do that. That's ridiculous. I hung up. Next call from them will involve a scream.
