collections for citicard

I am getting calls several times a day from this number. They never leave a message. My phone begins to ring all hours from early AM to late PM Monday thru Sunday.

I am ready to have my number changed due to this and other's like them.

Unable to Identify this caller

I answered the call about the 3rd time they called.... Yes it was Citi bank which services the Shell Oil CC..........   I told rep that the account was paid late for the original amount of the bill.... and L would pay the additional fees. The amount was sent electronically to be paid on the 13... to Shell.... so I will probably get calls the rest of this week.  The due date was 4/8 and they started calling 2 business days later..... they must be getting nervous...  ; = )

I got 5 calls in one day.  I paid them yesterday... the rep told me that my next payment is due later this month.  No messege was left.  They need to chill-out!  I was a day late paying and I paid by phone!

It was Citi Shell Card. The account was 5 days from the due date. The balance was 37 and the payment was 10. I paid it in full online and they still call 5 times a day. Very odd company
