I am concerned about this company.  My son was playing on the computer on YouTube when he started chatting with someone from "Geekbuddy".  My son is only 7 years old.  The person proceeded to chat with my son telling him that they could help him get better information about a game he was seeking.  The man proceeded to tell my son to call him so my son got the phone and was caught when he made contact with this person.  Very creepy if you ask me that these people would be ok talking to a 7 year old.  I then called the number back asking to speak to someone in charge to remedy this situation.  I have been on the phone, being transferred to many different people with absolutely no outcome.

Geekbuddy dot com appears to be a website that provides remote support for computers.  Check their website.  There is a chance that person was not with that company.  There have been many calls listed here from scammers claiming to be from computer support.
