- cjg replies to AnnoyedThe same thing happened to me, and they want me to call *their* customer service number to correct the problem? I don't think so! Why would I trust them with ANY information? I'm calling my bank and challenging it as a fraudulent charge.

- How did Vesta get my cc infor?JAN 2013 - For me, I do not understand how Vesta/ Boost Mobile obtained my credit card information. I only have a few reoccurring, monthly transactions on my credit card - that includes, Verizon (700 mins plan), CBR, World Vision, and OOMA. As soon as I saw the charge, I cancelled my credit card. I've never had a teleco prepaid plan or Boost Mobile. Nevertheless, Vesta / Boost Mobile - if you are reading this, you should be ashamed of yourself... what a disgraceful business!!!
- Mikee| 1 replyThey just got me too, for $65,, but instead of making calls to them , I contacted my credit card company and filed a fraud claim, letting them deal with the stress.... ppl read your monthly statement.. I know we got busy lives but the last thing you want to be is a victim of Id fraud. then you wont have a life, these ppl will buy cars and houses in your name, ruin your credit and destroy your good name......... Next step for me is to check my credit... and change all my usernames and password for all my accounts. good luck and don't stress yourself out
- MaryI receive texts from this number asking me to upgrade my credit/debit card info for Boost mobile. Did a reverse phone search and found this number has been flagged. Comes back as a number for a telemarketer.

- ursula syfuhs replies to Vesta eCustomer Support| 1 replyi too was charged $50 on my credit card 10/17/2013. i am contacting my bank to report a fraudulent charge, then i will report them to law enforcement.
- Ann replies to ursula syfuhsMy mother is 85 and received a call from Boost. They got her to believe that unless she paid her electric would be cut off so she gave them her card number. Bunch of scumbags taking advantage of the elderly. I reported this to the elder abuse hotline as exploitation of the elderly.
