Sayin that i owe a company called global group and that they were gonna serve me some court papers, and that i will have to counts of fraud charges against me for a bad check. Asked her name Donna Johnson ext 107 i asked how can i have fraud if i got a loan n gave all correct information. She kept askin when will i be at home so that they can serve me my papers. I admit she had me scared for something i know i didnt do at all. Now i see this is a scam or possibly a debit collector. Beware of this scam and report it to local office as soon as possible

I gotta a call from a donna Jenkins she said she was with capital solutions and they were gonna file criminal charges on me for a payday loan from a long time ago. She even called my job and mother in law . I told her I wasn't paying them any money. She said u would be served with papers but still haven't seen no one and if you question them they just hang up on you. This is a horrible bottom feeder and will threaten your job and say whatever it takes to scare you . They are full of crap. And her extension was 107.

Did she threaten your job? Did she say they had process servers out looking for you? I had a call from her today.

I also got a call from Donna Jenkins with a blocked number.  She left a message with a phone number to call 855-866-0836 x107 to settle this dispute out of court.  She said she was calling on account of my county's court and gave my address and employer info.  She said that a locator service will be serving me and I will be sued in court.  She even called my direct line at work! This woman is crazy. I'm never going to just give my money away without anything in writing. I need to know what I can do to stop these harassing phone calls
