After reading all of the above posts I have hypothesized that they did not get any of our information through online purchases such as amazon or ebay. Much more likely through a breach of security at say Walmart or even a Circle-K gas stationwhere our credit/debit card and pin numbers are stored on their servers.
I have been using my card for almost all purchases for the past several years due to the fact that I didn't want to carry large sums of money around with me but now it would seem that my money is much safer in my wallet than it is on my debit card.
In this age of heightened technology hackers are the new thieves people, beware.

I had my account charged $12.75 yesterday by the same company, BLS WEBLEARN. My bank gave me their number to call  and when I did they said I signed up for their website i have not visited and have never heard about. I have canceled my card and I am going to dispute this transaction and get a refund.

You said "The only place on line I have used my card was Kim Clement Ministries. Outside of the web, Walmart."
After reading that, I went back and re-read this entire thread. I counted six different people posting full blown fundamentalist rants about being taken by this scammer and one Amen to one of those comments. (No offense meant!) That's very unusual language to see on this website and MAY indicate that you are right and the data leak was at the ministry you mentioned. It's certainly a possible clue.
If you have a way of contacting them, you may want to refer them to this thread, if they are not already aware of a problem.

Hey, does anyone know how we can get the media involved?

You contact your local news stations and papers - most will have websites btw..  Also filing a complaint with your states attorney general as well. Can't promise, but our attorney general is pretty good about the alerting the media on it!

I was so glad to see these posts (unfortunately). Just caught a charge on my account from this company. My bank suggested that I (meaning the bank) prosecute this company. I suggest that everyone chooses that option. Maybe it will be one less fraudulent company to deal with in the future! Good luck to all of y'all getting refunds...I hate to see that it has happened to so many of us!!

I disputed these charges on my credit card and the merchant came up " St. Julian MT".  I googled it and a city in Europe came up.

I also recieved charges one for 12.52 and one for .10 on March 9, 2014. I have contacted my bank to have this stopped. They are investgating and calling me back. The last thing I bought online was something from Walmart. I doubt they got my information from them but who knows how long they have your information before they use it. I hope they are soon shut down. This is wrong in so many ways. I tried to call but did not have time to sit on hold. I will let my bank handle them.

I also found a charge from this complany on my bank statement. Luckily I monitor it daily.
I had the same result when I callled the 888-461-2032. They would only tell me that it is for an online income making program but didn't have any more info because they work for numerous companies.
I had cancelled my debit card the day I noticed the charge and it appears they tried again the next day and again after the weekend. They insist that my "account" with bls*weblearn has been cancelled and my debit account will be credited in 3-5 business days.
    What a scam.....

I noticed a pending charge for $13.02 on my bank account this morning.  I immediately contacted my bank (BAC), and they are cancelling my card and issuing a new one.  They said I should contact them again to dispute the charge after it posts to the account.  Someone mentioned that several people on this list had used their card at Kim Clement ministries.  I have not, but I have made contributions to other ministries using my card.  I was wondering if we could get a sense of how widespread the issue is.  I am located in Pennsylvania.  Where is everyone else located?

I didn't receive a phone call, but I called them BLS*WEBLEARN 8884612032 as we received a $12.93 charge to our account and then a .13 cent charge the next day. When I phoned them, they said they are a billing service for a program that was accessed called Income Online. We have no clue what this is, nor was the website accessed. They only want to cancel any further charges, but did not want to cancel this charge.

Same issue. Yesterday (3/9/2014) charge for $10.93 showed up on my CC. Did not make the charge, nor did anyone else in my household who is an authorized user. Called the number (there are two numbers 1-888-461-2032 & 1-888-210-6574) and the representative told me the transaction was specifically linked to a website call onlinelearningaccess.com. As you could have guessed, the website is simple and no contact information (other than e-mail, at least for me) could be accessed. They offered me a 60 cent refund (which is BS) and I said, "Not going to happen. I want a full refund and I am going to dispute the charge with my CC company. They responded saying, "Okay, okay. We will give you a full refund. Your refund invoice number is 243556" (please write this down--if they give you a refund and this is your number, they are full of sh*t; not everyone can have the same refund number). I also told them to cancel the account and stop billing me for something I didn't purchase. We shall see if I receive and refund and if they cancel my account. Regardless, good luck trying to charge my CC that is now canceled. Anyhow, this company is a third-party billing company (not surprised) and like onlinelearningaccess.com is probably fraudulent. Cancel your card immediately, do not wait for the transaction to clear. This charge is very widespread it seems and could be linked to several legit outlets. As always, watch your accounts (bank included) as other personal information could be compromised. Good luck!

Did it ever occur to you that Jesus would have advised you that you would have better luck if you just hired a good Jewish lawyer?

I actually saw the transaction today 3/10/2014 with a charge for $9.08.  I immediately called the number on the BLS*Weblearn transaction which of course is not functioning. So I came online to do a search of the number and here we are. I am thankful that this site is here to expose the enemy. I did cancel my card, and will dispute this when the transaction posts. Well done everyone, this counterfeit outfit will be shut down! No question about it, prayer always works. Onward and Upward!

I received a debit on my checking account for 13.14 from BLS Weblearn.  I contacted them immediately.  This called was transferred to the phillipines where most of these calls go.  Woman was very nice and apologetic and tried to explain that I had visited this make money fast from home scheme.  I stated I have never visited the site.  I encouraged her bluntly that I would press charges if the refund was not given ASAP.  she processed the request immediately and I will wait three -five days for the refund.  Regrettably, this was done through a debit card to my checking account.
