This company is calling my house for someone who does not live there. Wish they would get their info straightened out and leave me alone.

They called my Dad's fax line in MA (I live in OH) asking for me. I decided to call the number and get it straightened out. THey were incredibly rude, and were talking to me in a not-so-professional manner. They guy said that my Gap account was in collections. I've never had a Gap account! Then he said "Is the last 4 digits of your SSN 1234?" I said no, because they really were way off. Then he apologized, said he had the wrong person, and got off the phone.

Calling harrassing one of our company sales agents.

Called for my grandmother. I said she wasn't here and they insisted they left a message for her to call them back with me yesterday. I was at work that day they supposedly left a message with me. But the women insisted I was a liar and that she was going to call every ten minutes until I reanswered.

They keep calling for someone who doesn't even have this number. They call everyday, and I hope that they stop.

They have been calling my parents house before they even called me and stocked them for about a week before trying my number. Then they called me once left a message and when i went into work today i saw i faxed for my human resources to send my personal info to PRI and if my job did not have my ssi then they (PRI) would give it to them. What kind of bs is that??? can they do that? give out my personal info over the phone.. They havent even tried to call me again since the first call i got but keep harassing my parents. They should not even be calling my family i have not lived at home for 5 years

I calmly explained I did not know the person he was looking for and as I repeated my request to have the telephone calls stop, he interrupted me and said, "Yea, I know you asked to have the calls stopped today and on...But I am telling you that if you call this number again, I will get you for harassment. I calmly interrupted and said, "I was calling to tell you I am going to contact the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) about your calls." He interrupted two-thirds of the way through my conversation and said, "I am telling you if you call this number again, I will get you for harassment." [Click].
Whoever this person is...He definitely has a anger problem.
There is also a woman who has called from time to time...

I have been getting calls from this number for weeks.  When I pick up, I don't hear anything.  I finally called them back today, off my caller ID.  When a man answered "PRI Customer Service" I said "What is PRI?"  He immediately asked me if I was this person (without answering my question).  I've gotten calls for this person before from collection agents; his name sounds like my husband's name, but he has a different date of birth, address and social security number.  So I said no and he said he'd take me off the list.  I asked him why I keep getting calls with no one talking, and he said it's an automated system.  I told him I used to get calls for this guy from other collection agencies and it's the wrong number -- he then said "we're not a collection agency."

He was very rude -- rude enough to make me google what the heck PRI is (and he never did answer me).  I will report to FTC.  Thanks

this number has been calling for a few days now... but i`ve ignored it thinking that it was just another telemarketer but today i answered and he said his name was Tony Montana

lol, to make a long story short "Tony Montana" tryed to get me to tell him as much as possible about my mom... kinda weird huh?

This company has been calling my house, my fiance's cell phone, and my work for about a year over an Old Navy account. I do not have an Old Navy account, however, my mother does. I explaned this to them, only to have them call the next day! They were very rude to me when I asked them to stop calling (especially my work). The man on the phone interrupted me stating he was "not solicting"...everytime I started to talk he would talk over me stating "Miss this is not a solictation call". Urgh...

1-888-466-4262 CALLED ME COUNTLESS TIMES AT WORK ON MY DIRECT LINE. I had a Sears Account about 4 years ago, My old room mate stole my credit card and charged about 500 dollars on it.  Sears did not check the my old room mates ID but they were happy to charge up my card and give out the merchandise.  I told Sears what they did and I got no were with Sears, I went to Customer Service at the Sears Store and never got any results or reply they just kept sending me a bill.  That Sears store is now closed and is vacant at Banister Mall in Kansas City.  I refused to pay it because Sears did not check the ID of the person who was using my card.  I have refused to pay the bill because Sears just charged my card up and gave merchandise to somebody who was not even on the card.  

The Female who calls me is a FRACKIN "B" FROM Premier Recovery from # 888-466-4262,  She will threaten you about Standing in Front of a Judge and being Sued, all they can do it garnish your check and take 25% of your check until the bill is paid.  Don't let the Frackin "B" who calls intimidate you from 888-773-8452 or 888-466-4262.  She can kiss my A$$ because this stupid thing has gotten this far.  Yeah like you have to stand in front of a judge for $500,  You will get served a summons to appear in court but just Ignore it because they are going to garnish your check any way and like I said they can only take 25% of your check until its paid.

They are calling constantly on my cell phone and leaving no message.  I intend to register my cell on the DNC list ASAP.  I hit the ignore buttong every time I see this no.  There is no reason for a collection agency to call my cell phone.

These people are the rudest and most un-professional company ever.  The Chick who answers the phone when you call 888-466-4262 is so rude I have sent a complaint to the Better Businsness Beareau of Kentucky on them.  They will theaten you and try to scare you and say "You will have to stand in front of a Judge" if you know the law it's a bunch of B.S.  These [***] at Premier Recovery deal with small clams and for anyting less than $2,500 they can't do squat, so don't let miss thing try to scare you.  This company is a JOKE and they have like 2 people working for them.  If they call just dont ever answer the phone and make them keep calling and calling and calling.  She lied to me and said she had talked to Human Resources at my job and then 4 days later said something that contradicted what she said and I called her on her lie & she got pissy and hung up on me.  

Premier Recovery is a JOKE and the chick at the end of 888-466-4262 is a complete {BLANK} so just let her have it if she calls and is ICKY to you over the phone then be 5X more rude to her and hang up on her countless times.
