Correct. It is ONSTAR. My wife just used it after an accident. Bad time to answer a call when you're talking to Cop and witnesses while the other driver is screaming all the unabridged words in the dictionary to defend their bad decision to jump the light.

This is the number for Onstar's billing department.   I purchased  "additional minutes" for my in-vehicle Onstar Hands Free Calling plan.  When I noticed that they had billed my credit card twice, I called to ask them to cancel one of the billings.  They basically told me they would not do it, and that I needed to call the credit card company and work it out with them.    I had already called the card company, and they told me to call Onstar and get them to correct the problem     This is a totally screwed up company, and I don't recommend them to anyone.

I keep getting billed for calls from this number. Have no clue as to why. I already pay for my Onstar service and this charge shows up from time to time as another item on my credit card bill. Need advice. Thanks.

On star called me and said my on star was cancelled for security reasons I don't own a gm car I have a ford f150

I noticed that you had billed my bank card twice for this month. Once on 10/29 and once on the 10/30. The 10/30 had already come out.

800notes has nothing to do with your bank card issue. You need to contact OnStar directly.

Got 17 calls within an hour after 10 PM at night...I went to bed and turned the phone OFF...Enough for one day...Onstar SUCKS...!!!
