don't recognize the #

receive calls  from this numbert 888 481 8665  at all times.  Some as late as 830 pm.  Never get a person on message on other end.

it is a solar energy company tiring to sell you solar panel for your home it is called clean energy and there located in grands pass oragon state very nice lady to talk to

Doesn't mstter if they're nice or not...they are violating the do not call list, so how reputable can they be?

I am on do not call list yet repeatedly get calls from this phone #.  How do I enforce the do not call?

You can file complaints on your callers, but you need to realize that most of the numbers are spoofed and it makes it hard to track these criminals down.  Survey's, Charity and Political calls are exempt in almost all states with exceptions that once asked, they are supposed to place you on their DNC and can still get into trouble if they don't. Oregon is the only state I know of at this time that does not allow Charity calls via its State DNC.

It isn't going to stop the criminals from calling. Some are US, some are not inside the US but from foreign country's.  Your best bet to stop the calls is a call blocking device or phone. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

Trying to sell something but couldn't understand him

Called our DNC registered landline on 12/05/2014 @ 02:31 PM. Caller ID shows shows the phone number twice. No message was left.
I have Blacklisted this number. If this number calls again it will be registered to Caller ID history, but the phone will never ring.

This number called when I was out (have unplugged my answering machine) and after reading about it online, I now have blocked it using my call blocker device. If and when they call again, it will automatically be cut off and my phone will not even ring. Won't know until I look at the display and it says missed calls.

I also file complaints to donotcall, doesn't hurt and if they get enough complaints, maybe they can go after these spammers, I realize they spoof numbers but with technology becoming more advanced, something can be done.

This number called with the Caller ID as 8884818665 and their number the same. Left no message as I do not answer Unknown Callers or Numbers. Apparently, the usage of this number is starting up again after a short hiatus.
