Called these number and it is the Citi Bank credit card department. They just call with some marketing offer. When you call them you can select an option to remove your number from their call list.

I get calls from this number 3 to 4 times per day. They leave no message

Calls come in 2 to 3 times a day, morning, evening and night.  They never leave a message.

I got calls ( 2 in less than an hour) this evening with no message as well.  I'm sending a complaint to the Attny Generals office in my state.  Probably nothing will happen, but at least I'll feel better.

I have received these calls two times a day for the last few months.  They never leave a message.  I just called the number and will be removed from the call list, as Ellen posted.  It will take thirty days....sure....

I also receive at least 2 calls a day every day including Sunday; they do not ever leave a message.  I called also to be put on their "do not call list".  We'll see after 30 days what happens.

I've recieved calls from them on Sunday also.

I have been getting numberous calls from this number on a daily basis with no answer or message left.

No message - called the number once and received a message the line was not in use. Called again and recieved another message identifying Citibank and they are calling to sale us something. I opted out but the recording states it will take up to 30 days.

I have been receiving numberous calls from this number once a week day and night no identification except number. They never leave a msg and it seems to be Citi Bank with marketing offers. I am on the no call list as of this month.  

Harrassing phone calls constantly throughout the day. Yep you have to wait 30 days for them to remove your number and requesting the do not call list.

Like others i did not answer but did return call and it was Citi bank marketing had them add me to do not call list you do have to type you phone number in before it will give you the option to be removed.  said it takes 30 days to process..

Googled and found this site.  If we're on the DO NOT CALL registry, we shouldn't be receiving these calls.  I guess since Citi Bank now owns practically every d**n credit card, they don't have to abide by the same rules since we are customers.  I also read on another site that these calls are placed by a machine to determine when you're home so that a "real" person can call you back at another time to offer you their goods and services.  Urgh!

Two or three calls a day on the answering machine. Finally called  888-485-0975. Never spoke to a real person. They probable can't speak English anyway. If I wanted any changes in my credit cards, I would call the company that issued it. I don't need to be telemarketed.

I continue to receive calls from this number.  I have already called this number back and chose the option to be removed from the calling list.  It has been  more than 30 days and they are still calling.

called # back and if you continue call after initial message you can add yourself to do not call list for Citi Card Marketing.  Which i did i also reveived a call from the same company at a different number a couple of weeks ago.  they said allow 30 days for it to complete.
