# was on caller id - called it back - roboanswerer does not say what company they are, only says that they are a debt servicer and asks for an account number or social security number (how would one know, and why would anyone enter ssn if the company that called didn't identify itself?).  After waiting, and waiting and waiting and not entering the requested information, someone finally came to the line, said they are Seterus Inc, a mortgage servicer, and have taken over IBM Lender accounts.

I too got a call from this number. LBPS keeps getting new numbers and calling 6-10 times a day.  We've told them the person they are looking for is not at this number but they continue to harrass anyway.

Call and no message. However I see someone wrote LBPS on this number. My wife and I pay this debt every month and they still call and never leave messages. I think just have minimum wage a**holes's that work there and they think they are god.

I was woken up this morning with this call. They didn't leave a message.  I definitely do not have a loan for Seterus nor do I know anyone else who does.

I just got a call and they didn't leave a message when I called back the message states they are a loan servicing company.

IBM LBPS changed their name to Seterus, although I am not sure why. This is the 3rd or fourth 800 number they have tried calling me from. No one responded when I answered their call this morning. Now that I know who is calling, I'll never answer that number again.
