Dell Canada makes sense....just finished paying off our computers in October and they said their message was impartive that I call. WTF lol ?!?

THis is getting TOO messed up...yes I'm late on payments!!!
They called April 30, 2009 -29 TIMES!!!  This IS NOT LEGAL.  From 8:06 AM till 4:08 PM

they have been calling my phone, which i just got but not who they are looking for, anyways they call me about 15- 25 times a day and have been doing this since i got the phone over 2 months ago. wtf, when i try to stay on the line to speak to somebody to tell them this is not the phone number of who they are looking for, i am put on hold and then hung up on. how do i get this to stop

I had the same thing i phoed bell got them on the do not call list .I was so mad ty  barb.

We've been getting calls directed to my roommate, regarding her payments, specifically one missed payment 8 months ago, which was corrected with a double-payment.
They call at least ten times a day, and I've tried to talk them into stopping, but typical call-center fashion dictates that the person calling is of course unable to comply.
Does anyone know of a way to escalate the situation within Dell's inner-workings, rather than in a legal-manner?

by canadian law, collection agencies can only call up to 7 times aday before you can legally report them as a nusiance call

I have a virtual phone in canada for friends and family to call me in the U.S. where I live for 10 years and 4 days ago this number started to call me, now it is every hour for 12 hours straight what is up.  By law where I live you can not do this.  When I say todd the man they call for does not live here you have the wrong number they tell me I am a liar, nice

I get this calling me on my cell and i never give anyone expect friends also i check on website for useful info i don't have any computer or owing however it been calling more than 80 time in one month and i been call to my phone company to trace this call and came back nothing so i ask to block this caller as "DO NOT CALL LIST"

Annoying endless phone calls for this number what in the world do they want from me,i have no business with them ,i hate Dell products this is very distressing.

Dont own a Dell -- never have, never will. Why Are they calling me all day?!!!  And if they have to ask for my address then I GUESS I DONT HAVE A RELATIONSHIP WITH THEM!  How do I make them go away???

first of all if dell financial services is callin u its bcuz u owe them money n u dont pay ur monthly payment ..which u have signed a contract for
learn how to pay monthly payment on time n you get those calls

second of all --- if they ask for the adress its for security procedures

third of all --- if they r callin the wrong number its bcuz the customers they are asking for ones had that number  instead of not answering you can tll them n explain to them its the wrong number ...

and as well you people have to understand all those big compagnie that work with dialers the number gets dialed automatically meaning if you dont pick up ur phone it will CALLL YOU BCK OBVIOUSLY ...

They left a message all the guy said was "Oh for [***] sakes" and then hung up.

next time they call, tell them it's already been paid and tell them "REMOVE ME FORM YOUR LIST" make sure to use that specific phrase cause otherwise the callcentres won't do it.

Pick up and say "REMOVE ME FROM YOUR LIST" make sure to use that specific phrase otherwise they won't do it. This works (or should work) with all callcentres. They record the conversations anyway. So if you note the time and date of your call and who you spoke to it can always be traced back.

dell canada... called 17 times today 15 of those times were within 2 hours.

You are right this is harassment and they don't care, they say you owe money and will call until it's paid and will keep calling after it's paid. Then you get oh we are sorry to have troubled you, but they keep calling every 15 to 20 minutes. Call better business and they don't help. Just pay off and never buy Dell again.

They called 10 times between 8am and 5pm
