This is a scammer. Oliver McKenzie calls and says its in accordance with state and federal law and gives you a case number. Do not call back this is a scam that tried to get you to send money to a bank account owned by the scammer, threatening that they will serve you papers if you do not settle.

Left message - Oliver McKenzie calling in accordance with state and federal guidelines, going to serve papers regarding a lawsuit.  I can reschedule the time.  Said if I had an questions - I can call the plaintiff at (888) 495-3069.  This is a total scam.  I have worked in the legal field for 25 years in California.  At no time would we ever call a defendant to tell them we've filed a lawsuit and will now be serving them.  TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!!!!!
