hello all i was called up by this lady name susan and she was from www.firstcreditlending.com she sayed i was approved for 20,000 and if i wanted the loan i needed to fax my personal information to this number(# 1-877-442-7886) and send a voided check and my banking information so they could take a 1000.00 out of my account and then in ten days i would recieve my loan of 20,000 i asked her was her company registered with the bbb she told me that they where registered with the bbb (THEY ARE NOT REGISTERED WITH THE BBB)i checked them out.You cant even find there name on bbb. I told her that if i was approved for the loan i shouldnt be paying any up front fees she told me that it was for insuring the 20,000. i then went on to tell her that it should be included in my monthly payment and she told me  i wasnt paying there company im paying the lender. this lady was very nice and she claimed that her company is a credited company (this is a scam) she was very smart and new what to say be careful people (18884850116)

Phone call from a female who said she was from HBC Card Services.  She left a message on my voicemail asking me to phone 888-495-8501 to activate my "new" HBC credit card.  I had not applied for an HBC credit card so assumed the call was a scam and did not respond.

Accidently put wrong phone number in for message re HBC Credit card call.  The phone number of the caller was 866-419-9154.

888-495-8501 is the contact number for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Anti-Fraud Centre.

t.his caller calls 7 times a day and they said they will continue to do so until an acquaintance of mine contacts them.  it is him
they have an issue with. but he has no contact number. I do shift work and this is really unsettling

A recorded message supposedly from the Canadian government saying my social insurance number had been suspended due to fraud,  someone needs to stop these people from doing this.

Robotic voice left message saying my social insurance number was suspended and I needed to call immediately.  Lies!!
