Yes I have but I don't answer them.

They called a couple times I told them yesterday to stop calling me then they called once again today..... The lady told me that i owed money to some cash advance place.... I never have and never would get a cash advance.... They wanted to verify my address and social I said no just quit calling me!!! Its a Scam!!!!

Someone is using my social account, and to call them back. this is the 4th call from this # this week.

I have received several calls from this number saying that I have a warrant because of a bank account and that they were turning my case over to the proper authorities unless I verify my social and address.

I have had a call from this number every day this week. They leave a message that says "a complaint has been filed against your name and your social.  Call me back immediately at......"....they're probably just trying to get you to give up your name and personal info.  Will put up with it a few more days and then report them to Attorney General.  This is harassment.

This company is a scam. They told me that I owed money for a check advance and then told me that they are issuing a warrant for my arrest.

they call me all the time asking for someone else I tell them no the right # and they keep calling

Said it's a place called Max Group? Had my old last name. I just told them they had the wrong number.

Just got a call that said they their check fraud department had a case against me and that it was very important that they speak to me and to press 1 to speak to someone.  When I did, it hung up.  This is a joke, it is from a cash advance company and my husband is military, so we cannot get loans like that.  I will now block their number.

Ths place had me all kinds of upset. Very rude annd when I asked them for time to get bank statements to investigate he told me that he would have to o it me down as a refusal to pay and move the litigation process forward. I work for an attorneys office and any good attorney wood give you time to look into the situation and get back with them.

I called the number back I asked for his name and address and he told me I googled the address and I actually called them to see if this guy was employed there they told me no so I called this company back and confronted him about it and I told him I was reporting him and he hung up.....This Is A SCAM!!!!

Got a call from this number, did not answer, they did not leave a voice mail and when I tried to call back the call failed. Very suspicious!

Gotten several calls today. This is definitely a SCAM!!!!! They say I have written a bad check for a payday loan and are going to file charges against my Social Security number. I told them that I would never do a payday loan because it's a scam, and that payday loans are against the law in Georgia.The FTC just shut down Atlanta Pay Day Loan scammers. If you get this call, don't worry it's a scam!!!!! But do post your experience on line to help others.

They've called me and my mother in law !!! Saying i was going to be processed for chevk fraud for a payday loan i supposedly took out in 2013 (i never did ). Scared ne at first until i googled !!

Got a call from these scammers to.  Wilkerson and associates.   They buy up old debts and try to bully whoever answers the phone into paying them.  Google them and read all the complaints they have against them

Omg I have been receiving this call's and they actually be yelling at me... and harassing saying there are going to my job and have me arrested for some payday loan that I don't even know about.
