Why should I "check 8885049806"?  Explain...

They claimed themself as Sprint Chinese Service department.
But I checked with Sprint Custom Service department. They said that they know nothing about them. I recieve a lot of call from them and change my original phone plan to help their business. Yet, they made me mad.
They said they gave me a very nice promotional plan . But it was not true.
All the things they promised were just untrusted.  They just want u to buy some expensive phone and plan which cost more than everywhere else and eat up all rebates and other things .  I don't like this company at all.
If someone know their detail info, please let me know. I'd like to see them in court.

They offered me a DishNetwork plan for $29.99 a month
I was told that it includes the TVB channels

When I got the receiver there is no TVB channels
so I called them to deal with this issue
they said the DishNetwork representatives will guide me to find out what the problem is
However, I found out that the TVB channels are not in my plan, they are not even avaliable in DishNetwork.
BTW
Before that I was using DirectTV
When they came over to do the installation they took away my DirectTV cable
which I can't enjoy the service that I've already paid for

They told me they will give me good plan and good promotion but it was not true and really bad. It cost me a lot of money and charge me in anyway they can. They eat up my rebates and other thing.
   I can not find any information about them on the website. If someone know their detail info, please let me know. I'd like to see them in court.

Consistant calls to anoy us any time 24/7.

I have the exact same problem. One of their rep. Jacky Guo called and told me he can offer me the greatwall package for $22.98/month.  so I placed the order. After the installation, when I tried to call to confirm, other resp said there is no way that I can get the $22.98 special and Jacky was already fired.  Tried to call their manager, they said the manager will call back, but never did.

Such a scam company. Anyone victim want to get together to fill claim in court? Email me at imslife@yahoo.com

Now they act as reseller of Dish Network. They use the same method to make you sign up for Dish Network, and promised much lower rate than what Dish Network can actually deliver. Once you are in, there is no way you can get out without paying a fine, as you have a 2-year contract with Dish Network. If you call them, they would only receive calls and write down your name and phone number and then never return your call. You can never talk to the person who originally hook you up to Dish Network

I have the same issue with them as you. They promised 22.98 per month, but Dish Network says there is no way i can get that deal, and when i call this company, the guy picking up the phone said the same. But I could never reach the two guys, Wilson Lin & Jason Yi, for giving me an answer.

I also got a call from this company.  They offer a special promotion price of $14.99 a month for 2 years.  I agreed on the over the phone.  I don't know what should I do now.

We have the same experience, they set up a new deal with Dish for us, which they can't deliver.  The installation was scheduled, but never showed up.  We called back a dozen times , end up talking to an Anna Liu who claimed herself manager, she continued lying to us.

I asked about the name of their company, they called themselves TMS, located in Maryland, but refused to disclose their full name.

I search the net, there is indeed a TMS located in Maryland, but that is a real company in the business technology management services.

I am also to do their service, are a angel to make my services. Look of the platform are the Great Wall, but the prices are 32:99 Yes, but my bills are 38:98 monthly fee, ask them to call me, angel he said that a family has a monthly maintenance cost of five ninety-nine. I think that the Service is also nice to do, I am also satisfied with their services you

They also called but was very friendly and gave me exactly what was promised over the phone.  I am very happy with the Dish Network service they've provided and was able to benefit from the savings.  I'd strongly recommend 888-504-9806 to everyone!

I received a similar sales call from this number, and unfortunately, I followed their instruction to switch my Satellite TV provider from Dishnetwork to Direct TV, which costs me several hundred dollars for the equipment, early cancellation fee, and package upgrade which were promised as free.

Lucy Xue whose extension 666 claimed herself to represent Dishnetwork service. She promised: 1) a promotional package of new TV program for $30 a month with 200 channels including 50 HD channels to replace my current program package. 2) There would be no early cancellation fee because it was an internal service transfer. 3) A free receiver by setting me as a first time customer. All these turned out to be false.

In addition, she didn't mention the new TV program was provided by Direct TV. She only said a different department would confirm my order and she could credit me back for the price difference in the confirmation call. However she never answered my calls when I called back.

i got the same situation.   I followed their instruction to switch my Satellite TV provider from Dishnetwork to Direct TV, and now I need to pay $400+ if I want to change back...  What a lier!  Anyway, I remeber now and I will not trust this kind of people anymore.

Why don't we all bomb there phone line at 888-504-9806 24/7....then write a letter to BBB telling them what happened.email me at nycxshawn@hotmail.com
