- shmuck| 13 replieswho are these guys?
- denverGot the same number, and have the same question. Caller ID gives no information.
- whoisthiscontinues calling my sprint phone. No one there when I answer.
- AustinI've been getting them too. My Sprint contract expires today. Wondering if maybe they're calling with a deal to get me to re-up.
- Caller: NA
- LaVariousReceived the call yesterday evening (7:10pm PST), but since I do not know the number I didn't answer.
- TroyThis number is linked to a customer satisfaction survey company that performs surveys for a number of businesses. When I received a call from this number for the 10th time, I decided to call them back from the hotel phone. They were very courteous.
Since I had some vehicle work done on my car recently, I complied with the questions and completed there call. I was assured that I would not get another call.- Call type: Survey
- bernieThis number keeps calling me on my cell phone ever since I went to Nissan last Friday for an oil change. The lady asked me for my number. I gave it to her like an idiot... they called me for a survey from the store and I told her I didn't have time. Ever since then, I have been getting calls from this number but I don't answer of course... and when I finally called the Nissan store and scolded them the guy admitted that the Nissan system takes the number and automatically calls you until you fill out their survey. He even had the audacity to tell me that it's important that I fill the survey because otherwise they (the sales people) "won't get paid" ....what a joker. I told him SO WHAT, NOT MY PROBLEM.. STOP CALLING MY NUMBER!

- MI have gotten a call to my cell phone 2 days in a row now and of course since I don't recognize the number, I didn't pick up. Now that I see 2 comments regarding car service survery, it makes sense. I too, went to get my car serviced at the Acura dealership this past Saturday and was told someone would be giving me a call in regards to the service I received. But this 888 number doesn't leave a message so I won't call back. I did however receive a miss call from the dealership (local number) and the rep left a message in regards to the survey.
- PaulI got two calls from these people so far but haven't answered. I recently took my car to a Honda dealership for an oil change and suspect it might be the reason I'm now being harassed.
- Call type: Survey
- MBellI've been getting lots of calls at various hours from this number as well. After Googling the number and seeing the comments I contacted them and asked to have my name and number removed from their list. They did and were pleasant and didn't badger me about taking the survey. I also took my car in for an oil change at a local Honda dealership in VA. I suggest calling them and asking them to remove your name from their list, I’ll report back if I continue to receive any additional calls.
- Caller: Telephone survey
- schmuck| 1 replyAfter I received several calls from them - I called them back and also found out that this is a Telephone Survey Company for my car service.
They were courteous but I was upset with the fact that I called on two different Private lines and they were able to tell me the phone number I was calling from.
How is that possible?- Caller: Telephone survey
- unknownhonda dealership for a phone survey

- April replies to anonNo I didn't just get a car, but I got a call from 888 508 4591 a couple days ago and they called again today. Again..they did not leave a message.I decided to write the number down and check it online. After reading everyone's replies. I decided to call them. It is definitely a survey. Turns out they are associated with the Nissan dealership I took my car to for repairs last week. After they asked a few questions about the service, I replied and asked them to remove my name from their list. She said okay and ended the call.
Thanks to whomever created this website - Now if I could get 651-209-3272 Twin Cities, MN to stop calling - life would be good!! - GM| 2 repliesI just purchased a 2007 Saturn ION from FOX Chevrolet of Laurel MD. Though it was a GM auto they couldn't service some warranty items with problems so I took it to a Saturn dealer. Then I got a call from 888 508 4591 a couple days ago they did not leave a message. I decided to write the number down and check it online. After reading everyone's replies. I decided to call them. It is definitely a survey. Turns out they are associated with the FOX Chevrolet dealership I purchased from.
- StephAfter I read the above comments, I called the number back. I, too, had a service completed at a Nissan dealership, and the calls coincided with the date of the appointment. The person I spoke to didn't even ask me to complete a survey and instead offered to remove my name. And I didn't even make a complaint.

- aya replies to shmuck| 4 repliesi've been getting crank calls from these people.. on my cell AND and at my work... i pick up and no ones there. they just hang up... i just bought a nissan... is that why?
- Joe| 1 replyI am guessing these are Honda related. I purchased a Honda FIT back in January (2008), and started receiving calls about a week ago (mid March 2008).
I missed most of the calls, and they did not leave a voicemail. I did answer once, and there was no-one on the other end of the line. It is my understanding that some of the "less professional" professional call centers will "batch" calls by dialing several numbers at the same time, assuming a certain "no answer" rate, and then talk to the first person that answers. Anyone else that answers after that just burined a minute on their cell phone plan.
I think this reflects on Honda badly. Tips for Honda:
1. Don't do this.
2. If you do have to do this, make sure you are transmitting your identity (caller ID) so people know it's you - you are a big company with nothing to hide, right?
3. If you do have to do this, never hand up on a customer when you call THEM.
4. Leave a courtesty message, let me decide to call you back - if I don't, don't keep calling me. - Joe replies to JoeSorry for the typos - believe it or not, I am a spelling freak. Everything looked OK in the Courier font.
- JennI actually had work done at a Ford dealership on my car...and that is why I have been getting these calls. I had no clue what they were from, they called multiple times, on my CELL phone, and seeing all these posts, I called back.
They checked my number and name, and then asked me if I talked to a Service person. I said no, and that was it! Very nice and simple. Hopefully they will stop calling now!- Caller: Survey Company
