I only get a recorded message from a computer generated system stating that they would like to talk to someone about my last long distance bill that was paid.  It takes forever to get through to someone and when I do, they say my phone number is not in their data base and proceed to want all kinds of information from me.  I refuse.  They get annoyed with me and refuse to help.  My phone company callled them.  They told them they would take me off their list, but the calls keep coming.

These guys are an independent long distance carrier;(OPEX). Their fee is .049 cents/minute. If your bill is greater than a certain amount, there is no monthly fee unlike what the big guys charge, $3.5 or $5.00/month on your bill. I dropped them when I got my phone service through my high speed internet carrier but still receive an annoying call from them every now and then. I am reporting them for violating my no call list especially since they leave their phone number with their message. To get on the no call list, goggle up (no call list) and follow the directions, then report them the next time they call you. They should be slapped with a nice fine.

these people are annoying

Opex communications. They harassing me now for two years after i got my phone number from AT&T. They believe that the previous owner has a debt. They do not listen to my story and are horrible. Every week there is an automated tape calling me to call them back. Someone knows how to to reason with those people?
