I don't know how these people received my sister's phone number, I have not applied for any credit or used anyone at her address as a reference.  So I don't know if this a telemarketing call or a collection agency but either way don't call this number again.

I got unsuspected call from my step mother whom I have talked to in years. She is no longer married to my father. She remarried, moved, and change her number. She called complaining why I'm using her as a reference to a company whom we both don't know who it is. She said it was some guy that said his name was "Kevin Carlson." Left a case number and said it was about a check I wrote and I used her as a reference. I know for a fact that this is not true. How are these people getting folks numbers and lying to them saying that I wrote a check. I wish I can find out who these people are. Stop calling!!!!

I got a similar call....."a fax came to my office asking me to notify you that we will be sending a summons to your home or place of business POSSIBLY because of a bad check associated with Wamu. I do have Wamu, but do not write checks!

I recieved a called from this number from a woman name Rose about fraud and a check she says that she was about to serve me a summons, with the processor server. I do not have a WAMU and I wish they would stop calling.

A lady called saying she was from a Lawyers office for my husband to have him call that number and left a case #.  I asked her what it was concerning and she said a bad check with a bank that we used 2 years ago and no longer have accounts with.  She also said this was a formal notice that my husband would get a summons.

My ex-ex husbands mother is receiving phone calls stating that they are from Vystar and I have writtena  bad check to them and they need to talk to me. First of all I do not have a checking account at Vystar. Second, if I did it is completely illegal to call and leavea  message such as this. Wierd call! Vystar thinks that they are just trying to get info from me or for me.

The caller ID said Private Name Private Number.  To paraphrase what was said: ...Calling regarding a formal complaint filed (garbled words) county, for defrauding a federal banking institution.  They also said they were going to serve a summons to my home or place of business.  They went on to say the Complainent was "Check Resolution Service," and their phone number was 888-513-7945.  They said they were looking for Martha Welch with a last 4 of 4170.  I don't know anyone by that name and my social is different.

DO NOT TAKE THIS LIGHTLY!!!! someone called our house asking for my husband, I told them he wasn't home and they left me a message saying to call 888-513-7945 or he would be served a summons to appear in court. I called my husband right away and he said he looked up their # on line and thinks its a scam, we haven't had that bank acct in 2 yrs. He refused to call and sure enough 2 days later, he was served at work....very embarrasing!!!! Had to go to court for a $300.00 check. the court ordered him to pay over 2000.00 for interest, nsf, original check amount, legal fees, court fees etc.

But we can take YOU lightly right? Typical bogus post from a fake collector. Thanks for letting us know the site is working, seems like when the illegal tactics stop working on the phone you crooks crawl out of the boiler room and make posts here.

He said his name was Rick and stated I needed to call 888-513-7945 because I had bad check or something and they were going to summons me at my home or work. I don't have any outstanding checks out. I like to know how they got my mother's number?

And you no doubt work for this scam company.   Why don't you losers get real jobs and leave people alone.

These people did the same thing to me....So I decided to give them a taste of their own medicine.  I started calling and harrassing them...You can do it too.  Thomas Wayne 800-513-7945 ext 121.  I hope this company is still reading our post....
