2 calls from this number last night; one to my land line and one to my cell. No message left.

They called me again on 2/8/13 and actually left a message. It's a collection agency. I called back, and they asked me if I was <person with name similar to mine> with SSN ending <3 digits>. I said I was not, and the man I spoke to was actually very polite.

Got a call from threatened to be sheriff wanting to check my home. This is a collection. Agency trying to scare people in paying them

John Cartwright left threatening voicemails before making sure it was me about a case he said is "going to forward to the county." As if I'm a criminal, called my work, don't know how he got the number and called himself a " paralegal". Then I called back at work and got a John bolt say the original creditor is suing me for an outrageous number and if I don't settle out of court that amount will double. Ask the original creditor and they denied it. and that I do not how that debt amount. So I call John bolt again had him repeat what he said and recorded it. I said, "So if u want to sue me bring it on and I will counter sue". He told he I would not sue, I will just run away and hide like I normally do. Think again.

I got a call from someone with this number 8005173746. and told me to listen careful and to call him back on he's private number that was 909-786-1884.. I dont know who they are but its getting old.. they have called before tell me they r going to serve me some papers and left address on my machine well I dont live in New York never and never will I have alway live in Montana but I have check out there is someone in New York with the same name. but r area code arent the same.. They call my house and cell phone. They r very mean and bad people.. U cant get address or the company name or what its about.. they just need to die in a hole sorry but its true

A John Cartwright called threating me to pay an old HSBC bill and said they were goin to serve me with court papers at home and if I wasnt at home then they were goin to come serve me at my job.
