I got a phone call from them today claiming my Bumper to Bumper warranty on my Ford was expired and I needed to extend it right now to make sure I'm still safe. Ironically, my warranty is good for another 2 years. I called Ford and this was not one of their numbers.

A guy called from this number, my husband answered, he asked for me, my husband asked who was calling and he proceeded to tell my husband I have been sleeping with him for the last 6 months in our bed. He told my husband the address. These guys have to much time and information on their hands. I called the number back after he hung up and all you get is a machine telling you to leave a message. Be as rude as you can to these guys.

Calls several times a month. According to other peoples comments someone is trying to offer an extended car warranty but I don't have a car. I've asked them to delete my number, of course they probly never will.

We get many calls from this number plus many more numbers, never a message. Don't understand how they get ours. Wish they would get a real job and quit bothering normal working people.

    Fed Up
Got a call from these (uncleanly illigitamates) this morning.  Heard nothing but music and people in the background.  Get so many of these calls I take the phone off the wall from 9am until wife wakes up apx 2 pm.
(She often can't sleep at night, and when she does get to sleep does not need these calls)
This morning, she was up at 10 am - and I had hung the phone up for less that 5 minutes when they called!
Why has the telephone company not taken the hint that this is one reason people are dropping the land-lines - and done something to stop them?
(Our local directory is about 25 pages long - five pages less than two years ago!)

Two more calls from these (uncleanly illigitimates):

Yesterday:  Phone off wall at 9am.   2:30 pm, had just hung it back up, and was bringing wife home from doctors appt. helping her walk to a chair (RING).   Them again, just background noises.
Phone had not been hung up more than 5 minutes!
This moning:  Usually take phone off wall at 9am, but overslept.  9:16 am - them again.

Hmmm - just a thought - are they working for a cell phone company, annoying people with land lines just to get them to switch to cell phones?  Just a thought.

Our caller ID showed "UNAVAILABLE". I answered. A man with an accent spoke saying he was from National Pharmaceutical Management. He said he wanted to speak to my mother about a diabetic meter for her diabetes. (How did he know she had diabetes?) He said they were at 2201 Sample Road Pompona Beach Florida 33073. The caller said when I asked his name was Joseph Jackson and he was from Puerto Rico. He did speak Spanish when I asked him a question in Spanish. I told him Jackson does not sound like a Spanish name. He gave me their phone number as 1-888-528-3804. I asked to speak to his supervisor. He said his name was Joseph and when I asked him for his last name he hung up. I called the number and asked to speak to Joseph Jackson. The person did not know any Joseph Jackson. She said he might be at the other Florida location. I asked for their phone number so I could speak with him. She said I was calling the main number and didn't give me another number. I asked what they were offering. She said diabetic meters that my mother could order and they would bill Medicare. They probably called before but we aren't sure since we get so many telemarketers here. If you get a call like this you can file a complaint with the FCC over unsolicited phone calls http://www.fcc.gov/complaints.

Got a call a few minutes ago at work from someone named Ray; asked for me and I said I was not in.  "Ray" asked if I had caller ID, I said yes, who's calling so I could give "adm" the message and he says he is from a pharmacy, when I asked which one, "Ray" hung up.

I've been getting at least one call a day from them for the past week. I haven't picked up, since I rarely pick up the phone for numbers I don't recognize (get a lot of telemarketers) and now that I read all this, I don't plan to pick up the phone for them.

I found this number listed on a phishing website. When I went to go to Wikipedia, I misspelled the address and it redirected me to this site www.fmhunts.biz (don't go there!). It's one of those fake "WE FOUND A VIRUS ON OUR COMPUTER PLEASE DOWNLOAD OR VIRUS THX" sites, and it lists 888-528-3804 as a "tech support" number. Whatever these fools are up to it's shady as [***]. I suggest your make their lives as miserable as is convenient for you.

I received a message on my Apple computer as I was opening SAFARI. It blocked Safari ...could not do anything with it. The message was in a "little" window with the Safari logo from  "http://system-alert.biz"   and it said: "online scan detected security error due to suspicious activity, please call help-center for free assistance"  - I repeat Safari was blocked and my Adware program  did not find any malaware. I called the number and the person had me force quit Safari, when I tried to reopen it, it would block again. The person had me open Firefox and asked me to go to the site "Teamviewer.com" ... then he asked to download the program ... at that point I said "no thank you !"  He said I was supposed to trust him. I said NO, he said that I would prob, have to call him back to unblock Safari and that his number was 855 255 9888 (he gave his extension number also).  He insisted to help me download the Viewer program, I insisted 'NO thank you'  and ended  the call.  I finally unblocked my Safari with the help of Adware (great!). Beware!

An easier way to unblock Safari when this happens is to force quit as you did, go into Settings, Safari then clear the cache and history. Exit settings, restart your device and Safari should be unblocked.  If that doesn't work, contact Apple Support via the number on their official website. There is nothing built in to Apple's OSs that can cause these alerts to pop up, it is all malware that you got from an infected website that likely has no idea the malware is on their site.  The number that pops up belongs to scammers.
