This man claims to be Darrin Woods and says someone is looking for someone about a possible summons etc. Did not leave any other info.

I keep getting this call also. they say the state is after me. I have no idea who they are

Yep, same as me. Mine was a guy posing as Deputy Stevens and he was waiting on the court house steps for me. It's a bill collector, and not a good one. In this case they sent me a letter saying I owed Compass bank $440.00 for charges AFTER my account was closed. But the deputy says I owe $2400. and I can face a trial if I don't pay.

my mother got a phone call from this number.  the man claimed to be a police officer and was going to take action against my mother over a complaint.  when i called the number he left on the answering machine i got a hold of a bill collector i think.  they did not want to give me any info until i stated that i looked up the number online and seen all of the complaints for the past few months the representative said he was transferring me to the manager instead they put me on the phone to a man who said he was an attorney.  not sure what is going on but pretty sure it is a scam.  you could tell by the background noise that the men weren't even in an office

this company had information ,suppose to summon me for court for a debt, claim that i need to settle this account with their lwyer . make payment plans, etc. i did research on this company and could not get clear information on the company or the people that called the phone phone is even funny, the names are fke and just a total scam, i think. shame on people.

People are calling from this number and threatening to come to my house if I don't have my son, who hasn't lived with me in 29 years, call them, or if I don't pay them.  I am 80 years old.

Received a voicemail from 555-9999 (no area code on caller ID)  telling me to call this number, saying a complaint had been filed.  When I called back, I talked to Eric Vincent who was totally rude and would not give me information on the company (address, etc.), or allow me to speak to his supervisor.

I filed a complaint online with my state's attorney general's office.

Received a call that came is as Private on caller ID.  Man said that they needed to serve a summons of complaint against me and if someone over 18 would be home between the hours of 10am and 4pm.  I told them no (even though someone is always here) and they said that I should have myself (I gave them another name when they asked for me) call this number.  He said that they had already tried service 2x and after a 3rd attempt would have to tell the court that service was refused.  I advised I would pass the message on.  I have no intention of calling them after reading the other posts here.  Thanks so much to everyone that posted.
