When I call the toll free number, it ends up being a cadillac dealer who knows nothing of the situation.

This is a payday loan fraud. they call on 000-000-0000. They tell you to call this number back. They are a scam. Do not call back.

Yes,  this recorded message has been harrassing me since 8/30/12.   I refuse to call them back because I know they are scammers.

These scammers called my grandmother. she is 94 years old! told her her grandson will be arrested if he does not pay. probably up in canafa. I spoke to the lady. she sounds like she weoghs 500 pounds and smokes 6 packs a day. If karma is real, they will all die of a debilitating disease. i hope this huge fat lady reads this. it sounds like a small operation. hey lady. youre fat!!!!!!!!!!

This company is blowing up my parents phone telling them they are trying to serve me papers at my place of employment or at my home. My parents are so upset. I need it to stop. How can I report this.

Call the ftc. its easy. make a complaint. they will give you the number of the attorney general of your state.these people are the scum of the earth. tell your parents not to call them. they are evil.

These people have been calling me repeatedly. They do not know my correct name. They are threatening to threaten someone I never heard of with legal action.

These people keep calling my job about saying I owe them money for  items I purchased from at Cresent  Jewelry store. Very rude man, I told him that I never purchased any jewelry and he replied I know you bought it because I thought all of you black people like wearing bling and have grills in your mouth. I sure wish I could find out who these people are.

These idiots are harassing my daughter-in-law on her cell phone. She just had her number turned back on and they are calling for someone else and saying they have to serve papers on this other person. I signed her up with the Federal Do Not Call list for our cell phones three months ago so I am going to see if we can complain on them through the Federal site. Annoying. Trying to track the number to an address and see what happens from there.

The phone number comes in as all zeros.  The message says this is Josh Griffin and I have some important paperwork that needs to be served to you at either your home or work address.  If you have any questions, please call the Plaintiff at 1-888-531-6773

I just submitted my complaint today.

These people are so rude. They keep calling my phone asking for someone else. When I told them they needed to remove my number, the man said "Good luck with that," and hung up on me. Long story short, I called and harrassed them until one person finally told me my number would be removed. We'll see...

This is a scam debt collector, Rowling and Miller (Riley and Miller). They keep calling my cell number wanting to serve papers on a person who previously had my number over three years ago. Absolutely against federal and state regulations.  When you ask them to stop, they are very rude. I have reported them to FTC and my state Attorney General for violation of the "do not call list."

They called my work at an extension I had years ago. Was a pre-recorded mesage from a Josh Griffin saying I am to be served papers at work or my residence. I called back and the lady (who sounded like she smokes 5 packs a day) was so sweet at first. "Oh honey, yes we do have your file. You are being served by National City Bank for check fraud". When I asked for more information and told her my debt with NCB was dismissed in my bankruptcy two years ago (for bogus overdraft fees, NOT anything having to do with check fraud!) she spoke over me and now her sweet tone was malicious and said "sorry, but that doesn't dismiss charges of check fraud. We will have to serve you and you can ask your questions in court. You have a nice day." and she hung up on me! WTF? I reported them to the FTC and want to send a Cease letter to them but cannot find an address. Go figure. This place is bogus and using unlawful scare tactics. DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY OR GIVE THEM ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION! Complete scam artists!!!

If anyone gets a call or talks to anyone from this number, do not listen to anything they are saying...this is a scam.  I have a disability and these people called me one day and I nearly had to go to the hospital because they made me so upset and nervous.  I called the police, the FTC, and the Attorney General....reported them, .the Attorney General's office told me that no one is allowed to threaten me with serving me or taking me to jail.  My advice is don't even answer the phone....somehow they are getting information from a very old payday loan loan (which you probably already paid yrs ago, and may not even remember) and they are trying to scare you into giving them a credit card number over the phone....They call from different numbers, using the same script.

it is amazing how they cannot stop this type of harrasment!! but if you truly do pay your bills and do the right thing..u always get this buulcrap done to you! what about all the scammers out ther..go and get them please!

I got a threatening call from this number today regarding a Discover card a dead, ex-wife may have had 12 years ago. They said I was responsible to pay $1600 or they were going to take me to court, etc, etc. I told them no, but what really bothers me is that they knew my SSN.
