I got a charge to my credit card that i never authorized. When i called the phone number it said "out of service"

The same comment Amy have is mind also,but I am having this number invisitgated, and I also have contact my lawyer, because it is against the law to debit a person credit card without authorizing it.I will get my $55.00 that was taken off my card back.their are ways to track down just when,where,who made this transaction.

Yes... i made an order form them, and never recieved anything also. Its been a month.. Stupid me.

I also found this in FIRST magazine. I dont know where everyone else found it but those other numbers are not the same as the one in the magazine.

I have spent the better part of the day researching the Marbella Institute which pushes the Removyl Advanced Formula diet pills.
Like the saying goes "If it smells like a skunk, then it probably is." The whole thing is a sham.
Most of the herbs listed don't have a fat burning quality to them.
There are a few, however, that do. There was one herb that I found to be listed as toxic.
For those of you who have ordered with you ATM/Debit card, contact your bank, and get your money reimbursed. You can claim fraud for that.
For those of you who are thinking about ordering, DON'T!! Don't even pay by personal check or Money Order. You will not receive your order.
There's a general guideline when it comes to ordering pills over the net. DON'T. Honestly, you never know what's in those pills, and where they were made.
They would do more harm than good.

my sister found this in First magazine and showed it to me, which it all seemed to good to be true. My sister placed an order from 800-590-3911 expecting to get the order in 7 days.  I haven't seen anyone write if they have actually tried these pills and do they work?  I would like to know if anyone has actually received the pills and tried them...thanks

It's funny how the ad keeps circulating. In my current TV Guide there is a big spread for the product. The website listed, doesn't exist. The make of the product Marbella Institute, there website is having problems. I didn't even try the phone number listed. That would be 800-952-3107.

I called the number (866)684-3279 a man answer the phone and he was not professional. I asked about my order he asked who I was when I told him that I worked for a attorney office and explained to him about the complaints about the product he asked for my name and told me that the product had already went out. Immediately I called my bank and filed a claim.

I saw the Ad in March 24,2008 issue of Life & Style Weekly with the phone number 1-800-586-0155. If it sounds too good to be true... it is!

Then I want to file suite to Women's Magazine because that is where I got the advertisement.  Would this be called false advertisement?  July 2008 edition...It figures, I kinda thought that it was to good to be true.

I found add in Taste of Home Simple & Delicious Cookbook.  I called the new number 800-951-2577.and looked up all websites available.  I too believe they are scam.  The "Call center" was unable to get me real product info to take to my doctor, just the list of herbs, they say marbella institute's websire is the "Removyl Advanced Formula" website.

I was just looking up the web site and it doesn't exist. My ad was in the TV Guide also. Makes me sick what they do to us who want to lose weight so bad.

I ordered the advance program and received my bottles just as they had said. I saw the ad in Women's World and they lady answered the phone Marbella Institute and the pkg was labeled with the name and etc.So far I have been taking them twice a day six hours apart and they are working for me, bot everyone is the same.
