Caller claimed to be a technician from Idaho Power and on his way to disconnect my business's service if payment wasn't made. Informed him that the management company would have to deal with him as utilities are included with my lease. Management company called Idaho Power directly and confirmed that the account was in good standing.

Claimed to be Appalachian Power and was going to turn off our power to Business in 40 mins if I didn't pay bill. I had just paid the bill the other day so I knew I was caught up. Indian sounding woman not very good english. I told her I believed she was scam and hung up on her.

Called and said they were the power company and I fell for it. I'm out $4k!

I had a call from this number few days ago. They said they are from pud and told that we dont have any balance to pay. so i asked them what i should do, and they told me their gift card number and all i need to do is putting my money into their gift card. i felt suspicious so i went to the pud building right away and i figured out it was scam call.

We just got a call from this number and it was the same thing! Said they were from the power company and we had 2 hours then they would shut our power off. Got a call back number and name and immediately contacted my local national grid. We were up to payments and they were definitely not shutting off our power! Said to contact the local sherif department. When I did however they said they don't take those complaints.

I just got a call from this number (888) 537-9907. they will say that they will disconnect your power...ITS A LIE SCAM!

Claims to be from Pacific Gas & Electric and says power will be shut off as bill hasn't been paid.
