Called my wife threatening a subpoena.  When I tried to call back, the number would not ring.  Two attempts.

The number belongs to Johnson and Roberts Financial Services who does financial counciling, debt collection and arbitration.

The ones in Canada?

saying I had only an hour to call back regarding my daughter and an issue with her. Called the #2 times and no answer.

Called saying wanted to confirm a person over 18 will be home to sign for a summons. Complaint against husband and needs to call with file number. Only picked up the land line because elderly relatives insist on calling it instead of the cell.

number called and said I had a complaint against and I had to call this number in 2 hrs or they would process the complaint. Called the nut said sorry on one is in right now, please leave your message.

It did the same the first time I called but the second they answered. The are trying to collect for Stream Energy from 10 yrs ago when I had to leave a place due t o domestic violence situation.

They called my husband and told him I needed to call them about a complaint/subpoena against me. He called the number they gave him and he told them to send us the paperwork; but they said they did not need to and he told them it was a scam and hung up.

people with this number have called my son, my daughter, and my brother - but never me directly they leave very threatening messages with my family who in return call me very concerned.  I did call them back and they told me that I was going to be sued for an unpaid bill ($900.00 +) with Stream Energy from 9 years ago.  I informed them I have #1 never not paid my electric / utilitly bill -I HAVE to have those in order to exist #2 I have not used Stream Energy #3 never in my life have I had such a high bill..  I was then told that Stream Energy is a "parent company" of several smaller companies - when I asked what company I was being billed for they said they didn't have access to that information.  When I asked about the ridiculous amount of 900.00 I was told that included interest and late fees and charges.  When I asked what the original amount of the bill was, I was again told they do not have access to that information.  Throughout the conversation I was repeatedly threatened with lawsuit if I did not make payment arrrangements.  When I told them I thought it was a scam and I was not going to pay until they sent me proof of bill I owed - they hung up.

They never call me and how they get my relatives #s I do not know.

Threatened, told I didn't have to show up for court, but couldn't give me any info on why or what. Had a complaint against me. Told Jennifer the company she represents didn't sound very professional. Hung up. You people who work for this company should be very proud if yourselves. It's a scam and you are losers. I also asked for a ID# or a referral # for Jennifer. She didn't have one. That should tell all of you alot.

Johnson and Roberts called today and claimed they had a warrant for my arrest based on some 11 year old debt.  It is total BS and I have been in contact with a lawyer about suing them.

they now use a different number with the same threatening  spill. they refused to send me a letter stating what i owed. it is from 2009 and threatening garnishment on my social security

ID themselves as "Johnson and Roberts" and say they are a "financial company"  Right.  Lady wouldn't give me any other information.  No such group that I can find.   They also use LCI as a CID.  No idea where they are located.
