I got a call saying I have a legal complaint against me for money owed they want it paid over the phone they cant send me a bill.

Received a phone call asking if I would be at work tomorrow as they want to serve me with court papers, for what they wouldn't say. I told them yes I would be here. they said my case # is 78330 and to call 1-888-553-9015 if I didn't want to be served and humiliated at my place of business.

I called 1-888-553-8015 got transferred to a Mr. Lewis trying to find out what this about suppsoedly I took out a credit card in Feb 2007m sorry credit is awful can;t get a credit card, and that I owe 1153.72 plus attorney fees and court fees and that they are going to garnish my wages. I told him then take me to court I have never heard anything about this until now. Hes crazy.

AND YOU DIDNT FIGURE THAT TO BE A SCAM RIGHT AWAY ?THAT THEY WANTED YOU TO PAY IT ONLY OVER THE PHONE? AND COULDNT SEND A BILL, DONT PAY IT THERE SCAMMERS,

THERE SCAMMERS CALL THE NUMBER AND TELL THEM TO FU*K OFF AND DIE IN A GREASE FIRE,,

I know it a scam, they never say what company they are from on the Vmail just that this is urgent , and that i Owe someone money.

My son got a call for me from this number telling me I am to appear at the courthouse in the morning. well I know that not true because if I was suppose to go to court they would have served me with papers, or mailed them I have gotten nothing this is such a scam.
