Got missed call

Got a call regarding a credit card account and I called my credit card company and this phone number was not associated with that company. I called them back and they answered the phone "hello" which I thought was weird. And I got the same guy who left the message. How ironic is that as usually when you call a cc company you always get someone differetn.

Got 2 calls from this number today.  They had my name for a credit card my daughter has.  Said her payment was due today and wanted to take a debit or credit card payment over the phone.  Since when can you pay a credit card with a credit card?  Then the lady started wanting information.  My daughter made her payment and they called back again.  My husband answered this time and they wouldn't leave a message since his name wasn't on the account.  They had the balance on the card all wrong.  Don't talk to these people if they call.

Claimed to be from First Financial Bank in the voicemail they left

Called the number on my credit card and was informed they didn't try to contact me.

Seems to be a scam

Got a call from this number asking if I could pay my daughter's credit card bill. The caller gave the name Penny and asked that my daughter call her back on this number.

Got a call  my husbands cell phone saying they were from FIRST FINANCIAL BANK (which i do own a FFB card). the guy said that i owe 800 something on the credit card and they needed my husband to pay over the phone now or there will be a late fee. the funny thing is, ive just paid them last week for a balanceof 42.57 dollars! THIS IS A SCAMMMMMM!

This is First Financial Bank.  I called the customer service line on my bill to ensure that this was a valid call from them and the representative assured me that this is in fact a department of theirs.  She even had record of the phone call.

Same as previous comments listed above. Caller wanted  us to pay an "over draft" on a relative's credit card from First Financial, over the phone, using ANOTHER credit card. Very SCAMMY sounding. If there is an overage, it will show up on your next month's official statement from the actual credit card company. DO NOT GIVE ANY  credit card number information over the phone to ANYONE.

Got a call from this number 888-557-1284, they knew my name and the name of my son who has this card. They asked me to put a payment on my son's account. I did not.  They gave me their phone number to have my son call back and use a debit card to make a payment.  This number has no realltionship with the credit card.  When we called the number on the back of the credit card.  There was no balance on the card.  Do not give these pieces if dirt any info!  Let your friends know!

Received call from company claiming to be First Financial Bank.

I've been getting a couple calls a week from these people claiming to be from First financial bank. But one voicemail they left actually sounded like she was outside on a cell phone and one guy had to pause for a minute to remember what time they close. I just made a payment last week, there's no reason for them to be calling me. Very weird.
