- David| 1 replyI would like to re direct your Rrobo caller from 888-567-3452. The one that calls your customers and tells them to call Sears service within 30 min. Then I call back and they want information that is not ready available before they will talk to me….”oh … yes that one”
Please have your Robo caller from this time forward call my Toaster…..number is 817-TOST.
Oh and please let this serve as notice I want to cancel my order with Sears.
Thank you
David

The Toaster- Caller: Sears
- Roger L.The Sears number that keeps auto calling my house at 8 am. everyday since my delivery, apparently has no ability to stop any time soon. Three times now I have called it back to request to end these calls and to speak to a customer represenitive. The Indian accented women I have spoken to each time all have the same scripted reply about putting this into a stop call report. Sears will never have the opportunity to do this again since I will now avoid spending my money there. An American with a supervisor and a reason to keep their job due to customer satisfaction might handle this better.

- Gma Patwasher delivered 10 days ago... still call at 8am every day. Called back three times and requested the robo calls stop. Still calling... just ignore now, but will think twice ordering from Sears - what a pita

- CherylPlease stop these automated phone calls. I recieve them daily at 8am. I have no pending orders or business with Sears.

- RickeyAwaiting delivery for a washer and dryer due on Oct 13, 2012.
First call from 888 867-3452 was to let me know that I had purchased the manufacturer's warrenty and NOT the service warrenty. This is not true! The manufacturer's warrenty comes with the appliances and I DID purchase the service warrenty at over $100.
Second call: A woman with a thick accent told me that the delivery date must be changed and that I needed to call back. The delivery date is 6 days from now and she had no answer as to why the delivery date needed to be changed. Of the personal information she requested, I gave her only my phone number (they already had it - remember, they called me) and I gave my zip code. When I asked for her operator or employee number, she claimed she didn't have on. Eventually she gave me employee number 732208 and said her name was Sandy. Her heavy accent suggested that she was no Sandy to me. She had no explaination when I asked how she could come up with a number if she, as she first said, she didn't have one! I think these people are SCAMS and I encourage all to be leary of any call from 888 567-3452- Caller: Sears

- Rickey| 1 replyHere's an update, my good people. The telephone number 888 567-3452 is a telemarketing number and the people calling have absolutely nothing to do with Sears. Checking my paperwork from Sears, regarding the scheduled delivery of my appliances, there are three numbers listed for me to call should I have any problem. I went by Sears today (Lemon Grove, California) and they said that I was already on the calandar for delivery (for October 13) just as I scheduled for, and that Sears would have no reason to call me to reschedule the delivery date and that they certainly would not call me on a Sunday for any reason. I haven't figured out just yet, how the people from that telemarketing number even know that I made a purchase at Sears? But my mind doesn't think like that of a scam artist! Be careful, my good people! The scammers are out there!

- AngelaI keep getting calls from this number. There was a home delivery from Sears for a person I've never heard of. I was concerned that they were going to miss their delivery. I called the number back to tell them the number was incorrect. They then asked for my name which I thought was odd. Most people would just take the number out of the system. Now I have people calling with my name for a home delivery. I called again today and asked them to take my name out of the system. I've had 10 calls in 5 days. It is very annoying. I feel like this number is not legitimate. It may be a collection agency of some kind. Someone gave them a false number and now I am going to be harassed for their collections calls. I have no idea if this is such a case. That happened to me once at my place of work. I would get calls numerous times a day. I finally had to call the corporate office to get them to stop.
- Caller: Sears
- Rick LeeI got this call call at 8am every day and it was sears home delivery service. I did place an order with sears but I have canceled that order the same day. Just don't understand why they still deliver something that has been canceled, I called sears customer service, they said the delivery service is handle by UPS and they will let them know the order is canceled. Guess what, same call at the same time everyday......
- maiaKeep getting calls at 5 am everyday from Sears home delivery, 888-567-3452. When I asked the woman "Ariel" to investigate she says she will have her boss call me. I haven't had a home delivery from sears in 5 years at least!
- Caller: purported Sears home delivery

- sjtCalls every morning at 8:03am to inform me of a "delayed delivery", which doesn't in fact exist. I have found no way to stop this call. To date it's been going on for over 3 weeks.
- MTSame as several of the above complaints ! 888-567-3452 has called an average of 3 times/day since purchase at local Sears. I was FINALLY able to talk to a person, after several earlier attempts, who assured me that it would be taken off the list. WELL, guess what ... that was over a week ago and they are still calling. Very frustrated with Sears in many other areas as well. Use to like the store but have pretty much made up my mind that I will make no more purchases that require anything more than just cash and NO INFO.

- jsI got a robo-call just after 8 am this morning stating my Sears delivery was delayed even though it had already occurred. When I called number given (888-567-3452) and tried to tell the lady on the phone that the delivery had already been made, she asked for a bunch of detailed personal info. First the phone number that made sense, but then going on to more detailed info that I would have expected them to have in their computer system. When I got suspicious SHE HUNG UP ON ME!!!! I don't really think this is really Sears, I have never had a legitimate business contact me with so little information. It seemed like a phishing scam.

- Sears is Insane replies to RickeyWRONG they are ABSOLUTLY the company SEARS hires to handle delivery and " " " customer service " " " issues.
I have dealt with them over a week.
btw - SEARS SUCKS. That should be their last advertisement campaign. Certainly they will be out of business before 5 years. - CLHCaller ID shows # only; no name. Several seconds of silence after I picked up the receiver; robo-call stating my "delivery scheduled for today" has been cancelled and I must call 888-567-3452 "within 30 days." Beyond suspicious- I did purchase an appliance from Sears this year but it's already been delivered so no valid reason for these calls.
- Caller: Sears delivery (unverified)
- DonteThis is ridiculous, they are a solicitor claiming to be Sear, asking too many details for an order that does not exist. Of course to remove my number, you're required to give the name attached to that phone number. None of your damn business.
