- Concerned in Louisville, KY| 1 replyI received a phone call from (206)397-5122 and they left message to call Andrea for information on reducing my credit debt to zero "legally" per the Bank Stress Test Act. She left the above number to call which I did not.

- dannybsame as "concerned" above. I also got a robot-call from "Andrea" giving this phone number. I don't have CNID on the line so don't know who they pretended to be.

- Renaldo| 1 replyGot the same call...sweet voice that Andria. This call came to an unpublished number at a business call center. Sort of funny when you think about it. Anyway, I did a search for the Bank Stress Test Act which I had not heard of, and found out I had not heard of it because it is a scam. Stress tests were applied to banks to see how much capital they needed to keep on hand to cover their liabilities, it had nothing to do with CC debt for the consumer.

- CGRecieved a message from "Andrea" at my business this morning. Same as above "Stress Test", "legally reduce your CC debt to 0".
- Caller: Didn't say
- KASHReceived a call from Andrea, same as the rest of you, she left the 888-567-4218, the recording on the # says all reps are busy plz leave your name & cell #. When I pushed pound it went to the beep, which means it is not a phone system, but a machine with that pre-recorded message, I took work at a business and it was in the general inbox for the company, I am gonna call the 206 # at the top of the page and let you all know what happens... It doesn't ring & then makes a pian noise and hangs up. This is so a scam, I've already call the 888 # 3 times and pushed pound when the recording comes on, you can hear some kind of voice in the background for a split second then you hear a beep to leave a message, I've got 3 lines on hold right now leaving blank messages, and will continue to leave some all day, I will also search this # on our search program we use for work... the # doesn't come up listed to anyone, which means it could be a bogus # or not in service. Hope this helps you guys out, if I find anything else I'll let you know.
- Peeko Sanchez replies to RenaldoIndeed it's a scam! They called our office yesterday from 227.997.8570 with a pre-recorded message about the credit card debt con. It left a different number, 888.804.3538 to call which goes straight to voicemail for HDC Consumer Debt (fake name).
Today they called back through this number in response to my inquiry. I told him no one at our office wants to be scammed. He (Scott) hung up.
They come up with all sorts of fake stuff to make them sound official. They insist that they work with all major banks, blah blah blah but they don't. They do nothing but bill the credit card number they get until it's cancelled.
How low on the ladder do you have to sink to prey on people already in debt? I think I'll ask that next time they call, because they never stop calling. NEVER! I keep filing FCC complaints anyway, sigh. - Carole replies to Concerned in Louisville, KYGot the same call. Thanks all for the posts. Glad I checked here first.
