I continue to get calls from this number to my number that is on the do not call list.

Got a call from this number but I did not answer

i got a call from this number 3 times in one day,ridiculous.my caller id says it comes as hsbc card services i think.anyone know how to get them to stop calling?

Called asking for someone by the name of Vicky Lutz???

Nobody here by that name and told them to stop calling.

Got a call from 1-888-569-8148 and ask for someone by name Phillip. Told them  nobody in this house by name Phillip. They ask me how come I don't know that person and having the same last name. Got 3 calls in 30min from the same number. Person on the phone told his name is "john Davis" and he can be reached at 1-800-658-8919. Later I called 1-800-658-8919 and talked to a person called 'John Davis' but he says that he didn't call. I can't figure out if the person is same guy or acting. I want to complain about this guy but don't know who to complain.

i just received a call from this number, didn't leave a message. googled the number, found this site. called the number back to see what it was about, they said they were looking for a James Woorley (sp?). told them they have the wrong number, they apologized for bothering me. interesting.

Got this call did not leave message.

called on Nov 14 12:38.   No message left.  Found this site, so guess it's a collection agency.  

Here's a link about them...groveling bottom feeders trying to collect outdated debts and intimidate people.  Don't answer the phone, just file a complaint....or file a lawsuit.

They call before nine a.m.; leave no message. I have no idea who or what they want.  The call was timestamped 8:48 a.m.

constantly getting calls for someone I don't know......This is the number on my caller ID.

My mother and father keep getting calls from this number.  We know it is concerning a debt that they do not owe,  and supposedly it has been settled through the Better Business Bureau.  They are not using the same number they were using before the Better Business Bureau got involved.  However they are still harassing my parents,  who have and excellent credit record.  These people need a law suit of some kind filed against them.  This has been going on for about 5 or 6 months now with little relief.

They call my house every day at all times.  When they called one evening at nine oclock I asked if they knew what time it was.  In a very sarcastic tone they said it was actually 8:59.  Apparently it is against the law to call after nine oclock.  Very cocky.  Don't even know what they want.  They call for my mother in law but won't let me give her a message.

I have had 4 "missed" calls from this number.   Answer machine says "please hold for the next available agent" ... also received 10 calls from 888-357-2131 in my "missed" call directory.     They keep asking for Eugene Jackson and Christine Lopez ... Christine has given out our number over the past three years to various agencies who try to collect on her bad debts ... tired of these calls ... use to get many calls for Eugene three years ago and suddenly they've started again.   Wonder if Eugene and Christine know each other or are a part of the same scam team ...

NCO called my bosses wife's cell # trying to reach me over a financial matter, I am tired of these people harassment  me and want to file a complaint, in my state the violation of the Fair Debt Act is $10,000.00 per case and I receive calls from them at all time of the day 7 days a week.  I intend to pursue this further.

Collection agencies can call between the hours of 8am & 9pm, in your time zone. I really dislike these auto dialers, my step kid runs up bills & since our last name is not common, they always seem to find my phone number that is listed in the phone book. I worked Collections for 22 years & not once did I ever use an auto dialer, & we always left a message & removed phone numbers from wrong number accounts, we also answered our phone with a human instead of an answering service.

Have gotten numerous calls from this number. When pick up it says,          'hold for next available agent".
Waited the last time, Was asked if I'm Phil. Asked for SS# and name to verify they are talking to correct person. Told them this is a fraud and not to call back. They said it had to do with an outstanding balance on a gold mastercard. Do not have one.Told them this is a fraud and not to call back

They called me no message and when I called them back they had my name.  "Please verify your social and mailing address."  Excuse me?!?  You called me.  What's this about and I'll think about it.  "we just need to verify that information first."  When I offered my last 4 she said that wasn't good enough.  Hmmm...I guess we are done talking then until you are ready to tell me who you represent and what this is about.  Call again and I'll report you.  CLICK.

This company keeps calling for no reason and when I answer they try to get my info.  I just hang up on them and going to file a complaint with FCC
