www.paragonwayinc.com, Paragon Way - a collection agency. Left a message asking to call back at (888) 570-5007. We have no debt, I don't know why they are calling.

Numerous calls from this number. If not at home no voice mail left. If at home then they hang up.

Same as above...we have no unpaid debt and they hang up on me when I answer.

Have received a couple of calls from these guys. Usually no one there. But I think these collection agencies are busy with all the false identites that float around due to the internet, illegals, and thieves.

I did return call them and they had me mixed up for a "neighbor" in area with similar street address and same first name.  

This "neighbor" once kept an item ordered by me that was wrongly mailed to HIS address and I got stuck with the bill.  This "kindly neighbor" would not give me my item ordered and I had ALL kinds of issues.

Paragon seems to be a credit collection company and I got these calls due
to mistaken identity - common these days with a little help for a jerk "neighbor"!

We get a call from this number alot.  But they just hang up when I answer or they don't say anything

these fools have called 2 times and then hang up when the answer machine gets it.  I had reported it to the phone company and DO NOT CALL LIST and the phone company will change my number so how ever they are getting it won't bother me no more.

O.K. I have reported these people once and now this takes the cake when you pick up the phone and they say nothing.....I will have my home phone disconnected before I go through cost of changing number as I don't know who these people are as I pay my bills so I know that there not looking for ME!  If they want a neighbor then they need to bother them, not me.  I am not everyone's keeper.

i have had them to call me today (well lots of times but today i actually answered the phone haha) .. i had to say hello 3 times about the time i was going to hang up they said hello back asked me by my maiden name which i havent used in over 7yrs.. i said perhaps.. then they wanted me to verify my social security number.. which they had.. but i did not verify it i asked them what it was about and they could not tell me.. they wanted to know my address well wanted to verify it.. but again i did not do that.. i told them that if they can not tell me what the hell they want then i sure in hell cant verify any info for them and then i hung up hehe they havent called back but i now have my phone number on the do not call list.. i hope it works!!

I have a repeat dialer on my phone.  I've set it to call them repeatedly.  1323 calls so far and counted.  I sure hope they're pissed.

I was getting annyoing calls from them everyday and they would hang up.  Finally I called the number on my caller ID and they were looking for someone else!  It was someone with my last name but a different first name (but starting with the same letter as mine).  She then apologized for the inconvenience and never asked me for my SS#, just the phone number where I was getting the calls.

I am on the do not call registry, but have been receiving these calls everyday.  I decided to look up the number on the internet and found this website.  This morning when I answered the call they replied, "You have to knock", and then they hung up.

Paragon Way is a junk debt collector. They will continue to call until you prove to them in writing you don't owe anyone anything, or if you do have a debt you must tell them to cease and desist (C&D) according to the Federal Credit Protection Act. Again, the law says they can continute to contact/call until they are notified in writing regardless if you are on the "Do Not Call list" or not. Send registered letter to:

These junk debt collectors are the scum of the earth. They assume most folks don't know their rights and take advantage. Good luck!

Call and hang up during the day. Sometimes every hour. Or they call every 2 to 3 hours. I do not owe any one and this is getting too much. They never leave a message, just hangup.

I recieved my first call from this company yesterday, wanted to verify my social # didn't say anything, wanted to verify my number(yes they do have caller ID) and told them that that was not the number they called, gave them a number that they called( Will be changed today) they gave me my name(correct) but it was for a bill over 10 years old, which i filed a bankruptcy against, and the response I got from them was" it doesn't matter if the debt is over 10 yrs old or if I filed bankruptcy against it, they will get the money somehow.  I put a credit freeze on my credit file(that is how they got my addy), and instructed anyone that recieves a call from this COMPANY(if that is what they are) to instruct these scum to contact my lawyer, and handed the ppl my lawyers number.  If they keep doing this they won't like me very much.
