I got this blast fax on 4/30/09 its a SCAM. They don't tell you who they are, they dont tell you what they are selling (No name) just good stuff.  This is a big scam so do not get sucked in. If your angry about the blast fax you should complain to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) If you did get sucked in and gave them access to your checking account you will want to complain to your State Insurance Commissioners Office and your State Attorney General's Office. In some cased these agencies have been able to get victims their money back. You might want to write your State and Federal legislators to ask them why, in this economy, they permit these bandits to operate and to continue to steal money from those people who need their hard earned money the most.

First I called their bluff, then ended the story by calling the Attorney General. The first operator answering the 888-572-5820 said they are "Premier Healthcare" out of Wyoming. They said they do not send any info, but do all of their "enrollment" over the phone. I asked if I could go to their website, and the operator said "Premier Healthcare." There wasn't a website with that name, so I called again. This time they sent me an email with a web address in FLORIDA, NOT Wyoming; and a Customer Service number that takes you to CALIFORNIA. From the website, their Customer Service phone: (877) 378-9240. Customer Service Email: customerservice@premierhealthcareonline.com
Web Address: www.premierhealthcareonline.com Contact address from the website: 2332 Galiano Street, 2nd Floor suite 2007, Coral Gables, Florida 33134. Then I searched the Better Business Bureau website by phone number and got a company named “ALR” in Chino Hills, CA., with a Better Business Bureau rating of “F” (failure). Their info listed:  ALR, P.O. Box 1779, Chino Hills, CA 91709   Phone: (877) 378-9240    Fax (Yes...I was tempted): (909) 902-1892 Contact: Brad Wessler – owner.  Nature of Business: Discount Health Care Plans. They are also listed in “ripoffreport.com” as “Association for Lifestyle Reform” with no available record of being licensed anywhere as an insurance agent. I would love to NEVER receive another fax solicitation again, and as I say, ended up reporting everything I'd learned to my state's Attorney General.

Hmmm. I am very tempted, but I would need absolute verification of this. See... I set up a licensed advertising consultancy in my state which just happens to share the same (unlisted) FAX number as my other business. The sole purpose of consulting agency is to get money out of junk faxers. Failing that, once they've failed to pay my bill, it's pretty easy to ruin their credit rating and other fun stuff.

Try it! If everyone does this, maybe people will stop sending junk faxes.

Received two unsolicited faxes advertising "Affordable Healthcare Plans".  To lock in rates by May 15th, the phone number (888)572-5820 was provided.  I called the number and was told the name of the company was "Premier Health Care" They would provide no other information.  I demanded they remove my fax number from their calling list because their faxes are unsolicited and unwanted. At the bottom of the faxes a FALSE disclaimer states "You are receiving this fax because of a rent inquiry made regarding health are coverage...and lists the phone number 866-317-4701 to be removed from list

Fax solicitation for "Affordable Health Care" is actually eating up everyone's tax dollars by sending unsolicted faxes to State government agencies.  The employees of these agencies are covered by union health care and contrary to the legal notice at the bottom of the fax that states "You are receiving this fax because of a recent inquiry made regarding health coverage."  These faxes use up toner, copy paper and block the public from accessing the fax. And, regardless of contacting the call in number or the number of times we try to "opt out" of these faxes, we get more.

Got a stupid fax from them that said we need to reply by May 20th to lock in rates. We did not inquire either. I sent them an email and told them they had been reported to the FTC and the Florida AG.

Keep getting faxes, used remove number but it didn't work.  Called the number listed and informed them I was going to report them to State's Attorney General office, he cursed at me and said the number had been removed and slammed the phone down.  Interestingly, no one in our office can dial through to their number now.  Must have blocked us - how ironic!
