i just recieved a call from same number, i didn't catch the lady first name but she was collecting for CashNet.

IF ANYONE IS CONTACTED BY THIS NUMBER PLEASE CONTACT ME!!!! I am a former employee who is attempting to begin the biggest investigation in collection agency history! I am very well aware of the illegal practices they conduct and will help all of you in anyway that you need help! called me on my home phone number that has been unplugged for almost a year and never given to anybody. I didn't even know my phone number.

I recived a call from this number asking for my couisn who has warrants for Identity theaft!!  A couisn whom I haavnt' spoken to in over 10yrs, and have changed number's twice now.. BE AWARE

Called them last week & told them I am not "you" and I have no case with them.  Told them to stop calling my #.  Got a personal call back in lieu of an automated one from Mr. Davis and received a message with a tone intended to "scare".  Oooh..F'n [***].  He said to call him at 855-286-1922. Just left him another message as their automated system called me back today twice and left two messages.  This is harassment.  Told him to stop calling my # as I instructed him to do last week.  Do these people really think working people sit at home all day and wait for them to call?  This has to stop.  If it continues I will report to FCC.

They called my mother in law and asked for me. Said fraud had been detected using my social security number. I told her it was a scam and if they called back to report them. She believed these jerks!!

Receiving calls from NCW Limited Libility giving "IMPORTANT" message that they have received my file and to call them at 888 583 1158 and to use my file number 283350. I called the number and was guided by automated response to "Please leave your NAME, file number, telephone number, and we will get back to you at our earliest convenience." I am located in Alabama.

Getting same type of calls as described above. Seems they are phishing for info. Anyone have a suggestion as to who to contact regarding filing a complaint?

I get calls from this number at least once or twice a day. I don't owe any collections and am tired of the calls from them and others over and over!!

I,too, received a call from NCW Limited Liability, citing a different six-digit "case number."  They seem to call every other day.  They have no legitimate reason to be calling my number.  I looked up the company on the internet and found it to be associated a company registered (?) with the state of Texas and located in Houston, TX,  Associated three managers are Nick Watts, Christine Watts and David Parrish.  Not much else out there that I could find, but my web research skills are limited.

I received a call from this number today stating that they had filed a lawsuit against me... Johnson and Zovlowsky or something along these lines... They stated that I owed a debt in the amount of $2, 600.00 and were filing a suit for an unpaid payday loan. I told them I needed to speak with my husband about this and the "lawyer" replied that it would be too late, that an arrest warrant would be made and I would have to go to court. I fell for it because it I don't have anything like this in my past and don't want anything on my credit. I haven't paid but he told me that he wanted to proceed with the "Promissory Note"... I got home, looked them up, to find all of the information on National Credit Works, Inc. LLC... He stated that he didn't know the law of Texas.. If he did know anything, the statute of limitation even if I had written a hot check is 2 years up to $1,500 and 5 years up to $10,000. (This was from 2006). I intend to call back tomorrow with my extreme anger in hand. I don't want these people harassing me. I looked up the various numbers on my cell that were strange and they are all different locations of National Credit Works. Horrible company that seems to take anyone they can for any amount of money they deem suitable.

My mother is receiving harassing recorded messages from this number on her two cell phones and land line. She returned the call referencing the file number and they stated they were a collection agency and needed to get in touch with her son about a debt. My brother contacted them also and stated mother had nothing to do with the debt and to stop calling her. The calls continue. What can we do???

Received MULTIPLE calls from this number - they leave an automated message citing a case number.  Stated it was "NCW Limited Liability Corporation."  

I have called the number back several times and always received a voice mail - sounds like the same person who is on the automated messages left.

My husband has received the sam e phone calls....David Parish is alos associated with another scam that we have delt with...so i guess it is starting all over again....last time it was a different number and they went so far as to say we needed to go to the courthouse and called us rude names and hung up on us...they were even callin his office and being rude to the office staff.....

call your state attorney general that is how we got them to stop last time...

Do you owe verizon any money, even a small amount? As I believe this NCW is an atty collection agency who buys our debt cheep, from another collection agency, who bought the debt from verizon originally, or from another source. They there atty fees and submit a suit. In my case I had to pay a very large upfront deposit through circuit city, which Verizon did not post on my account, even though I had spoken to them at the time I set up my wireless Internet, which I kept for 5 years. I still have not received my $200 deposit, and they claim I own them $50. Verizon claims they no longer have the records, but said that was a valid bill. But they are suppose to deduct any charges from your deposit and send you the rest.

When you put your credit card # up as deposit, they may charge equipment fees to it, or if you have equipment problems, they may charge to it, a time later, without telling you, especially if your late, on a bill, as with Dish. There are scams, and crooks everywhere.

they call almost every day, now they are saying that they have a return from my bank and they expect tro hear back from me, also that it is not a solicitation call. Funny that my bank says there has not been any returned items. I can safely say I have received over 15 calls.

I just started a new job and was issued a company cell phone.  From day 1 of activation I continue to receive calls from this number and have only spoke to a rep once whom I informed to quit calling me.  The phone is in my companies name NOT mine so I'm not who they're looking for but can't seem to get them to stop calling.

my grandmother just got a call from them stating that some thing waqs returned from her bank to them....funny ting is when the call was going to say who it was for they did not say any thing and  when they said to returbn tyhe call use the file number they di not give one...I called her bank right after teh call and her bank said no such transaction had been made.

I too have received several calls from this number for my son but they wont talk to me about it but they can keep calling on my phone about it. I just keep deleting their messages.
