They asked  me to pay a 2013 credit card  due.

Number blocked on call, but this is the number they left in the message. Said they were "Process Service Dispatch office" and has a court summons to process but they have had multiple failed attempts to serve me and I must call immediately to avoid a court date. No indication on what the company supposedly requiring my presence is for. And court has no record of anything pending (I called and checked with them). Scam.

Same story as LH above. Called from a blocked number, saying she was a "process server" who has tried to serve me 8 times, didn't mention what it was regarding. Checked with the court and they have no record of anything.

Total scam. be careful. They have been calling me at all of my businesses for weeks now.  Streamley persistent scam.

Call my husband saying that I got paper and I need to call them block number but leave this number when call back they talk stupid

Same message! Said I have an upcoming court date and if I dont    respond a judgment will be given and a bench warrent will be issued for my arrest! Crazy...

A blocked number called my husband and most of my family telling them that I had a court date and someone was sueing me for debt. When I called they answered right away and asked for a bunch of personal infomation that I did not give. They said i needed to pay the debt today or they would take me to court. Sounds like this is a scam! They said it was pittman law LLC. from LA California...

Blocked call and similar message to those posted above.  I've had similar calls from numbers I was able to block on my cell phone, but this one was from "unknown caller".  I didn't call the number after seeing so many on-line posts stating this is a scam.

2 calls today alone to my sister and a niece saying they had a bench warrant for me. Hello, i was never notified of a court date so issue away. Scam city.

I had same problem they called me and said I owe Bank of America and my husband too telling I need to call them back they even called my job too my boss was worried so I told her it's not good also block number too

Called from unknown caller to me and other family members  said my wife owed 700+ dollars to Old Navy. We looked up credit report no such claim is on her report and nowhere can I find any such court date for a bench warrant.

I got a call from this number saying I owed $400 to a walmart credit card from 2012. It's not a scam, their just debt collectors calling people to pay off debt they probably dont want to pay lol

Total scam, said over the phone, they would settle for lesser amount, yet it is official processor, 1. By law you can be served, by mail, or in person. You will NEVER, be served by telephone, these people are so stupid..  Yet allot of people fall, for this scam.. Also, these scammers are from California, claiming to be cook county processor's..

Forgot to mention, google, CBS news, court scam, a article, comes up of this  scam, and how by law, you can only be served in person, or by mail. Not over the phone.
