i have received calls for my ex from this number but the greatest trick of all is i am also a collector! I would never use the tactics that this company is using and i advise all to know there rights under the FDCPA concerning collections. This is harassment and they are required by law to emove any number requested of them to by both the FDCPA and your individual state laws about this subject. I have skipped traced this company as they have skipped traced to find my number to attempt to call. The name of the company is Heritage Recovery Solutions, INC. the website is heritagerecoverysolutions.com . PLEASE pursue your harassment issues!!!! this is against the law!!! they must give you the address to which they receive their mail so that you can request no calls in writing!! Hope i've helped someone. Also if you ARE the person they are looking for you can STILL request no calls and request contact only in qriting and it is also unlawful for them to call!! i am obviously pissed off so i am sharing the info all consumers would love to kno! HAppy sueing!!!!

they called and left a message for my brother in law and when i called them back to say that the person they called for doesn't live here she said that she was trying to get a message to him about some social secuity issue and she was asking me about other people which are family and apparently they are on his contact list she said that she would put our number on hold but i will see how long that lasts they look up our last name and we are the first in the book so they call us for everyone good luck with these creeps peoples

just receive one of many messages from this number and I finall called them back. when i did not give them my name they hung up on me. i called them right back and this time I did get our "wrong number" off their list. if I get one more call, I will turn them in to the do not call list agency. I never did talk to JEFF who made all the calls.

I have Recived a few call from this number they are all recored messages. the first one was Hi my name is Jeff and I'm call for Robin Sears please call me back as soon as bosible and the second was Amy looking for the same Robin Sears an No one here by that name. So if anyone knows a Robin Sears tell her to call them and get their number straight

This is a bottom feeder collection agency looking for someone with the same last name they call everyone in the phonebook. Do not talk to a Junk debt Buyer, it will do you no good. Go to debtorboards and learn how to get paid for these phone calls. A little effort is worth a $1000. more if they call your cell phone.  Do not get upset get paid. They also spoof phone numbers 816-423-2799 and use 913-279-9036.

Called my home phone many times and left message to call this number and the message was for someone that is connected to my ex and I only know by name. Also called my business cell phone several times and I called and demanded that they stop using that phone and they did comply.  They gave me no information about them and no ID was exhibited.

Called me at least 20 times in the last year.  Always a recorded message from "Amy Tanner" and 888-594-4774.  I reported them to the do not call list and wrote "Heritage Recovery Solutions" an email telling them to stop.  They have continued sending these messages for a name that I have never heard of.

Heritage recovery solutions has called my work ,home ,cell,wanting a debt paid I belive paid and asked them to provide proof of debt they said they did not have to nor could they give their address because of security issues they called people i work with liars me a liar,deadbeat etc...It got really nasty Chris Hanson their employee did this real pro he probably owns it fom what i read on them they are the bottom of barrell.And very illegal no license or bond.

If you receive a call from any collection agency, be sure to check with the state you live in to be sure they are licensed to collect there, chances are, they are not.  Not all states require a license, but many do.

We have been receiving automated calls directing us to call this number also.  They have our last name correct - but we are no relation to the person they are looking for. I did finally call and ask to have our number removed and was questioned about other people in our household! When I asked for the name of the company I was talking to they identified themselves as Evans and Associates - interesting to find out that they are actually Heritage Recovery Solutions! Should I report them? and who to?

They call me 5+ times a week asking for someone Ive never heard of.  Total scam and I've reported them to DO NOT CALL each time.  Nothing ever seems to stop their relentless calling. I even talked to someone and he said he would take me off their list.  Alot of good that did - I still get the phone calls.

They are a collection agency, reporting them to the no call list does no good.  Find out if the state you live in requires collection agencies to be licensed, then report them if they are not licensed.  They will get a hefty fine.

Got many calls from this number about a debt I do not owe.  Informed them to please stop calling my work number, but they have contiuned.  Now I have lost my job behind this.

Turn them into your local attorney general.

You all act like this is the worst nightmare. Report this , report, that! I had received many calls and they were trying to reach my ex. I gave them his moms name and state, an they haven't called since. If you call and let them know, they will work with you. I thought they were great and showed concern.

Call back.......& stop whinning!!
