My father passed away in 2008 and had a phone with 4 hours of call time on it.  I have kept it at my office but it was never used, I don't even know the phone number to this phone.  Now 4 years later, I got two called from this 888-603-9544 number in the last week.  No message was left and when you call back the auto answer system states "Welcome to the recertification department"  What the heck is this???

terracom wireless wanting to do a recertification for my low income phone line. have to do this every year to keep the line open. hope this helps you out. they just called me 20mins ago

These people keep calling, and calling and calling. My husband is blind in one eye and I spend a lot of time taking care of him. Please I want them to stop calling.

And they ask too many personal questions that have nothing to do with their lousy service.  I think these cheap phones are a way for 'big brother' to keep track of you and take more control of your life.
