this company is scam ...its not microsoft... they took the money but still i m facing problems...

i got a call from them they chrg me $100.00 for my computer but they r scammer then i fix my computer from microsoft and i m happy now....

i got a call from tracy watson..she said she is from microsoft ,,they made me pay $180.00 but still my computer has virus...

if u  got a call from those ppl they r a scammer they claim themselves as a microsoft but they r not they r calling from middle east with a bad accent cant understand..i got a call from them and they was asking me for fixing my computer.but they r a scammer.

ihave recieved the call from this num and they upfrontly asked me the $150 for one year subscription plan but they didn't provide me the services then i get a call from microsoft an then he provide me the services on time & now i feel very comfortable and now my coomputer is runing like ma new computer

This is a very common scam. They prey on the elderly, and less-tech savvy people.
They log in to your pc via the person on the phone by asking for certain things, lock you out of your own pc and charge you money to fix it, even though they never do.
They're usually foreign, which is the first sign it's a scam.
Microsoft will never, EVER call you directly. Ever.

Luckily i called my bank and filed the  chargeback and got my money return .You should also do that  as you can file the chargeback even after 1 year.

That would be up to the bank as to whether they would honor that charge back, because after a year they are not legally obligated to do anything.  In most cases it is 60 days.  You also attempt to initiate a charge back at the earliest possible moment in time.  Most banks have a 24 hour number that you can call listed on the back of the card.

These people called my  sister, Jaqueline Engebretson, they wanted $190.00 to fix her computer.  She talked to them for 1 hour and she said they inserted some icon on her computer.  Unfortunately, she gave them the last 4 numbers of her social security number.  my e-mail is lucyapayne@aol.com.

This people are the one who fix the computer...they never call the customer by using this number...after they make a sale they just provide this number.. I know most of the comment is just a fraud... So funny..

company does not exist!!! Fake invoice, fake icon, etc etc.  They kept calling to try to get family member info as well.  Thankfully, I did not give in.
