This number keeps calling my cell, they wouldn't leave me a message, just hang up. Who are they??

This number keeps calling my cell.Once I've answered and the guy said is from MBNA Credit card,but I did not give my cell# to credit cards companies.So I don't know who they are for real.

they call and then hang up and if they do answer is about a credit card thing

I have got from this number , but they were from Startec that provides long distance calling services.

Rec'd a call after 8 PM from 888-606-8394 although my cell phone number is on Nat'l Do Not Call List

Today they called me 10 times between 5:43pm and 9:16pm. It was listed as unavailable. I have an infant so he couldn't fell asleep. I had to disconnect my phone tonight to put my baby to sleep.

these guys are persistant, i hung up, called them back and hung up, left it to ring to hear a message, i think im gonna keep annoying them

This number called and asked for my Dad. He has been dead over 20 years now.  I told them that and they just hung up.

This # always call me I didn't answer the phone but they didn't leave any message!

I received phone call from the same number, each time i pick it up, there is no response (just a no sound phone call)

They called me and I didn't answer. I guess that it is from Startec company for long distance calling services. They are low rate in their site, but I don't know if it is correct!

I live in SWEDEN and got a call from this number yeasterday. There has been alto of news about calls to cellphones resulting in massive bills so I didn't answer.

We have gotten a call from this number numerous times over the last month.  We live in a parsonage and they ask for the previous pastor, who passed away two years ago.  It is always a woman and she is speaking in an Asian language and can only understand the name she is asking about.  Always hangs up when I say the person doesn't live here.  One other strange thing, each time I get this call and go back to check my caller ID, the number doesn't appear again - only the current call.

I am an old person. I got from them them 20 times a day. Can't take it any more.

Called me at 10:35 last night. Didn't answer because I don't know number. Do not want these calls. Who is it and how do we stop them? Don't make me come through this phone!

These scoundrels from Startec had the nerve to call me again after their rip off with their so called “overseas cheap rates”. After using those deceptive ads rates and making some calls, I received my bill to find they were charging me three times the rate they advertised.
I called them to complain and after arguing with the manager he finally conceded their ‘mistake’. He promised I get the refund the following month. One, two, three months passed and despite my calls they kept telling me to wait. After four months, one of the so call managers said that in order to get my money I would have to keep using Startec services. I refused to be con again so I requested the phone number of whoever was in charge of that kitchen (headquarter). I called that number and it was a recorder prompting the caller to key a number, I did it and the call was again router to the same number where I have being complaining right from the start; I traced that number and found out that their bowiling room is in Canada. Avoid that company like a plague, they are not honorable, they are no professionals, they are just thieves.

I keep receiving calls from this number lately.

Okay...they called again (60 seconds ago)!  I didn't answere though.
